Jackson JS Series Concert Bass Minion JS1X, Amaranth Fingerboard, Pavo Purple

This is a very nice short scale bass guitar I'm really satisfied with it.The action is excellent the looks are excellent and it sounds pretty darn good.. the price is phenomenal...I really can't complain at all..

We bought this for our daughter she loved it, the quality is great.

About the size of a guitar - light weight - plays great - sounds great - stays in tune (drop D for me) slaps, fingers and pick-rocks well - love the purple paint - I'm a Jackson fan -(Dave Ellefson fan too) - Nice instrument - Well worth the low price considering the great quality. Arrived quick and undamaged.

The media could not be loaded. Demoró mucho tiempo en llegar a mi domicilio. Incluso tomo más de 10 días en qué debitaran de mi cuenta el valor del bajo. Ya tengo el producto en mis manos y realmente se sintió muy comodo. Sin embargo llegó con el alma descalibrada pero nada que unos leves ajustes no arreglaran. Estoy contento con el bajo pero deben mejorar los tiempos de entrega y verificar la calibración del instrumento antes de enviarlo.Es un buen instrumento para alguien que es guitarrista. Si eres un bajista profesional. No creo que sea tu mejor opción.

This little thing is GREAT! I got it for the shorter scale. I have a rick,fender jazz ,a steinburger and many others,but this one is a blast to play. Very nice looking and well made. Shipping was very fast. It arrived 3 days early. No regrets.

Sounds just like the full size bass. The picture shows the difference in size. Easier for short arms gals like myself.

Purchased for a 5 year old granddaughter I was shocked to find this bass with a perfectly straight neck. The workmanship was beyond what I expected for under $200. I have a Charvel 3B bass from 86 and we learn together. The other basses are toys in this price range. Stage playable for adults with smaller hand.... 5 stars.........

I'm a guitar player who went over to the Bass to play in a band. I have a P-Bass which I love, but was having a hard time because of the scale length, as I am used to a standard Les Paul neck. I picked up the Satin Silver Minion because of the low price and I wanted to try the short-scale. I fell in love with it immediately. Easy to play, looks cool and the quality of the construction rates 5 stars. The bands "color" is purple, so buying the Pavo Purple one was a no-brainer for me. My satin-silver minion will be my stage back up and this will be my main. This is a $500 bass with a $200 price tag. Highly recommended.
