Do these have volume and track change control on the cord?

These speakers do not have the volume/track control on the cord. The Pulse Plus speakers however, do have that feature.

Can these work with iPod nano

Yes, they will work with anything that has a standard 3.5 mm audio connection.

How long is the cord length?

The wire coming off of the speakers themselves is only a few inches, so you can tuck it into your helmet when not in use. However, it comes with an extension cord that is about 3 feet long. It will definitely reach your device whether it's in your pocket, on the handlebars, etc.

Will these easily work with a Schuberth SC1 system (no splicing)?

They come with a standard 3.5 mm audio male connector. If your Schuberth SC1 system has the mating female connector it should work
