Smooshed together and really far apart inside filter creases that I had to adjust.
I received the 2 filters promptly but I had to take my time and adjust those filter creases (like fins) cause they weren't spaced correctly. They were either smooshed together or really far apart.. I have ordered filters from other places and never were they like that. Your price was a few dollars less from my regular guy, and your shipping was just fast, but those creases were really out of wack. Took a bit, but I assume I spaced them correctly. The white cardboard themselves around the filters edge were in tack, and so was the criss cross shaped white cardboard on top... Weird. I appreciate the good price and fast shipping, but expected as pictured. I'm assuming the integrity of the filters were not compromised to do the job?? But I don't know.
