These work just as good as a brand new pair!!! I've dropped my impact 20 times in a month and a half and it hasn't skipped a beat!!! I would absolutely pursue these refurbished tools again!!!

Its not working properly.
Charger did not work at all.You can not control the speed for the drill. It rotates in one speed even you change the speed dial.They did not inspected them at all.The worst thing is that this is self returning item. I forgot to check.

It's a good drill set. Basically new with refurb stickers
Quick chuck on impact is amazing, batteries are a little heavy compared to the 2ah batteries but that's to be expected. Chuck could be pushed out a little farther imo. Sometimes it's hard to get to a screw if you only have one of the shorter inserts and you've gotta work around pipes etc.The hammer drill isn't the most powerful but it'll drill 3/8 holes in concrete/brick no problem which is all I need it for.

Was exactly what I wanted and actually more than what I expected. Thought it only come with 1 battery but had 2 instead. These are some of the best drills on the market. This actually the 2 set I have ordered but lost my first set after having them 3 years with no problem.

Did not have 4.0 aH batteries.
When I received this, it did not have the 4.0 aH batteries as advertised - it instead had one 2.0 aH and one 1.5 aH.
