Very useful for removing glue from window tint
The media could not be loaded. It works very well for my window tint removal. The tint on my truck was very old, and left glue all over the window. But after spraying this, you could easily remove those left over glue. One spot at a time, it makes the job much easier and effortless.

Great product
This is a great product to remove very sticky adhesive. Recently removed a 3M clear bra from my car and after trying many products to remove the adhesive with no luck, I bought this product. Just spray it on a small area at a time and use a plastic scraper to work it up and wipe it off.

Worked perfectly to remove clear bra.
Ironic that one ends up purchasing a 3M product to remove another 3M product, but it did work well.

It works... but temper your expectations.
I bought this on recommendation from another website that says this is all they ever use to get old decals and labels off of car finishes. Great! That's what I need. One thing that website failed to mention is that this stuff does almost nothing on its own. If you believe you've bought some sort of quick-removal solvent (spray and walk away), think again. While I'm certain that this stuff is potent (you can smell the brain-cell-killing fumes), it does *not* save time in terms of the manual labor involved in slowly extracting the old sticker/label/decal first. Once the object is removed, you are a step closer to having this product do what it's intended to do; break down adhesives and remove them.It does that well in specific situations, more so on 'sticky' or 'gooey' adhesive. If you have a situation like me where some moron used the hardest-drying adhesive known to man, be prepared to get plastic razor blades, fingernails, q-tips, etc. and a lot of manual labor to slowly, slowly, slowly remove layers of the crusty adhesive until it reverts to some softer state that you may then slowly, slowly, slowly work on until you're back to the paint. If you're on the verge of reply-commenting "what did you expect"... I had no expectations. Just hope. I hoped that I would be inside enjoying a cold beverage and watching a game; instead, I was picking away at a decal and getting high off solvent fumes (I'm being slightly facetious, but even outside with a lot of airflow, you should avoid inhaling these fumes. They can't be good for you.)I started with 3 stars but decided 4 is more appropriate primarily because I believe this product met the general expectation. I can also rationalize that anything stronger would probably start to cause finish issues on paint so this is a good compromise.

Best Car Graphics Adhesive Remover
Recently needed to get the left over adhesive off my car after removing graphics from the doors. This stuff works perfect. Spray, let it sit (but not dry) then scrap with an old gift card.No adhesive left on my car, no scraps from the removal, and no dulling of the paint or clear coat.I highly recommend!

Great General Purpose Adhesive Remover
This is the best adhesive remover I've ever used. To be fair, I haven't tried that many specialty solvents, but I've tried all the normal methods (isopropanol and denatured alcohols, citrus oil cleaners, etc.), and this required the least amount of effort. I'm a fan of other 3M products, and this didn't disappoint.I originally purchased this after researching the best methods to removal decals from a travel trailer. My trailer, like many others, had pretty decal stripping that looked great when the trailer was new but quickly begin to fade and peel from long term sun exposure. This stuff with the use of some plastic putty knives, did the trick without damaging the surface. I've used it on a wide variety of other surfaces since and it's done a great job on all.It WILL NOT do all the work for you. If you are looking for something that eats away the adhesive and lets you wipe it right off with a rag, this won't do that. What this WILL do, is allow you remove stubborn adhesive residue without damaging the surface you are working on, within reason. Make sure to read the label, and test on an inconspicuous area of the surface you will be working on just to be safe.Even if it doesn't work for what you originally purchased it for, it will come in handy at some point, and is a very useful product to keep in your household arsenal. Please note that this can is in NO WAY child proof, so keep it away from curious hands.

this stuff is unreal
I was trhing to remove sticky residue from soem metal box my kid had. I decided to try diff cleaners/solvents starting with something super mild. Tried several well known competitors, but this stuff was night and day difference. Sprayed on, let it sit for 15 seconds or so, wiped with a shop rag, no more residue at all.Just make sure you use in a well ventilated space =)

Did not work...at all
Tried several products to try and remove adhesive from wood subfloor, before laying down underlayment in preparation for tiling, with no success. Ordered this, and still no luck. Fumes are incredibly overpowering, so please be sure to work in a WELL-VENTILATED area, WITH appropriate protective gear. Also, says on can "may cause cancer", so there's that...This stuff may work on other things, but for the price of $31+/can, this has not been worth the hassle and headache. Back to the drawing board.
