My hobby is pen pals and I use an IBM Selectric typewriter which I love. This is the only place handy to buy replacement ribbon for it.

Friendly customer service people when you forget how to install the ribbon
Great ribbon for us with old technology. Also very helpful people at the 1-800 customer service line when you forget how to put the ribbon in because it has been so long since you did it last and forgot where the second release tab is to put the ribbon in.
