Worked. Easy & fast. Used to buy this online but they are overpriced atm. Great deal. Happy I took the leap. Been using butdefender for half a decade now. Supern protection. Does what it needs to and does not interfare with gaming & gaming speed unless you decide to run a scan when gaming.

Excellent product to secure your mobiles and laptops from scam and threats.

No issues, but it's cheaper to get item physically sent to an amazon collection point. It's £3 more to have it sent to your home address, and £5 extra to have the code emailed. Not very green Amazon?

I never thought I would ever say that a program like Bitdefender could be annoying. I had a paid version of Kaspersky prior to bitdefender and that wasn't as annoying. Bitdefender continually sends notifications asking me to turn on the VPN, I get that they want to make more money but I already have surfshark so I ain't interested and I cannot find a way to switch them off. Secondly the other day I get a notification telling me my phone was at risk, I go into bitdefender to run a scan after seeing another message saying we are aware of malware on your device. So I run a scan after which I get the message your device was clean no malware found, but why don't you switch on our VPN... It's a bit like a cheap Chinese knock-off program, fairly regularly I get notifications about the VPN thing or some other stuff to try to get me to pay for paid add ons to the software.Another annoying thing is that I am being asked to turn on scam alert so I pressed the button to turn it on and I'm informed that I need to authorise something in settings. There's a button which I need to click on and that supposedly will take me to the area in settings where I need to be be, I do this and I am brought back to the original page which is telling me that scam alert needs to be turned on. This seems to be a never-ending circle as it never gets me into settings. I report it and they want screenshot after screenshot after screenshot... That's a whole story in itself!I want a security program to run in the background to not be intrusive unless there is a definite attack on my phone or my PC and to be able to switch certain areas on or off without going round and round in circles.I don't want it popping up all the time like a delboy salesman try to sell me something that I don't need or want. Enough said!

All in one security with vpn very easy set up with activation code for 10 devices 1 year license but I can only use it on 1 device

I have been using Bitdefender for years both personally and on our church account with no issues until today.I noticed on Amazon that they had a special offer for a 10 devices which I bought for our church. At the moment we only have 5 devices active and my intention was to extend the license period of the current 5 devices and add more devices to the account.Followed the instructions and went to the "My Subscriptions" web page and clicked the "Upgrade" button which produced another web page where the only option available was to buy another subscription which was useless to me as I already have a new subscription purchased from Amazon.I went back to "My Subscriptions" and the only other option was to press the "Activate with Code" button. This produced an entirely new subscription section, with no option to extend existing licenses, with 10 vacant licenses for new device allocation.It appears that extending existing licenses is a thing of the past and if you want to keep existing licenses active then auto renewal is now your only option.This in my opinion is very short sighted and denies loyal customers the option to take advantage of discounted offers on licenses to extend their subscription and forces existing customers to either purchase new licenses via the "Upgrade" button or to go down the auto renewal route both of which cost more and is clearly designed to benefit Bitdefender and not existing customers.With regret when my personal and church subscriptions expire I'll be looking elsewhere.

I have used bitdefender for years and have never had issues. I normally buy it directly on their website and came across this and thought I would try it. Went into my account added the code and my subscription was extend from date of expiry.
