A great visual aide for my autistic son who has a fascination for microscopy and anything very small. These slides were purchased to introduce him to the world of microscopic organisms. There are twenty five (25) prepared glass slides with small clearly-labelled samples of various insect body parts and plant matter.Pro's: These prepared slides come packaged in a magnetically closed hard cardboard box, with five individual plastic containers, five slides to each container, separated by small foam pads. They were clean and presentable making a good gift.Con's: The samples are very basic, but in that light, enough to spark my kids interest, however the samples included (in my opinion) are more suitable for children, not adults.Conclusion: You get 25 prepared glass slides in conveniently labelled plastic boxes within a solid storage box. I am not displeased with them or the price, in fact they got my son rather excited and enthusiastic to discover more and make his own slides. 👍
