High quality
My son loves this hoverboard. It is very durable. It can withstand cracks and takes a long time for the battery to die . The bluetooth is great and it is very cheap. And it is very fun for kids.Overall this product is an amazing buy.

Horrible experience. Caution: you will need to buy charging port cover separately
I have not start using the product at the moment of writing this review, but I had chatted with the customers service and it was a very frustrated experience. So, my review is primarily for this experience and not the product.This product is a gift for my daughter. Upon unboxing it, we were reading the instruction, trying to follow it before the first use. The instruction says the following:"Only use the included charger• Plug the charger into the wall before the Charging Port• Don’t turn on the Flash while it’s charging• Charge the battery until it is fully charged - up to 3 hours• Replace the cover over the Charging Port when done"We were confused by the last point which clearly indicates there is a cover for the charging port but we did not see it attached, nor did we find it.So, I contacted Jetson customer service via chat (there is a read ribbon on the hoverboard saying to contact Jetson before returning it). An agent name Brenda then connected to help. I told her the issue that the instruction says to cover the charging port, but the cover is not there. She said yes the cover is not included in the package and that I will need to buy separately.I was totally shocked. I challenged her saying the instruction says we must follow these steps, one of which requires the use of a cover for the charging port, and there is nothing saying this would cost extra. What's on the earth should we customers pay for the cover? She said the manual does not say explicitly that cover is included. Fine, I responded that the manual does not say battery is included, wheel is included neither. Are we expecting to pay extra for these too? Particularly, the cover for the charging port is what the instruction says to use in one of the steps, yet, you are saying we will have to buy it (there is no indication that the cover is optional and we will need to buy)?Then this agent Brenda switched to repeating mode. She did no help other than stating the cover is not included. What's really funny is that when asked how much the cover costs, the agent said "We don't have the cover in stock, we are going to have the cost until is in stock again."While I've not started using the hoverboard yet, but if this experience can be an indicator of the kind of customer service I would receive should something happened to the product and I need assistance or to claim warranty, I really doubt that I could count on their customer service.Folks, use your own logic and judgement after reading my story. After requesting to talk to a supervisor, Brenda said it would take 24-48 hours for someone to reach me. Let's see what will happen. This hoverboard is going back home if I don't get a reasonable response within this time frame.

Great hover!
I searched and searched for just the right hoverboard for my sons first (he is 8.). I had a list of specs I knew I wanted. I wanted it to be all terrain, I wanted it to go 8 mps or more, I wanted it to be self balancing as this is his first time on a hoverboard, I wanted it to have a 3 hour battery life minimum, I wanted it to have 7 miles range or more. This is perfect. Checks all the boxes. Now mom has not figured it out quite yet lol! I fall everytime but that is just a me issue. My son drives it like a pro already. Even my 4 year old daughter drives it around like a pro. If you’re looking for a great hover for your children, look no further!

Great for the price
The media could not be loaded. Our 7 yr old son loves it, esp when we Bluetooth the music to it and the lights change colors to the beat! The off road tires do work on and off smooth surfaces. I would say biggest cons..Bluetooth hookup is not easy and he rode it for 2.5 hours straight and then it battery died.

Update
Update: Item was returned and the new onw oweks as described.... It came brand new straight out of the box and does not work. Worst of all, it was the only thing that I was able to get my daughter for her birthday but she opened it and it isn't working. I am very disappointed in this product considering it is a Jetson product. I hope the replacement works or I will definitely be getting a refund. Also, I bought it a few weeks before her birthday and hadn't opened it prior so the replacement date had almost passed. It was only for a month and usually most items have a 60 day return policy but not this one. So check them when they arrive.

Highly recommend
Grandkids asked for Hoverboard and now my concern is the brand. After doing my research, I decided to purchase Jetson brand because of the excellent customer service reviews.I'm glad I did because when 1 of the 2 I purchased had an issue with turning, there was no problem replacement process. My grandson received the replacement within a week and before I returned the defective one. They also arranged the item to be picked up by UPS at our home.If that is not great customer service, I don't know what is. No wonder customers keep coming back.Thank you Amazon and Jetson!

Nice little board
Board works great and kid loves it! We also purchased the kart you can hook up to it. Unfortunately the kart was junk and didn’t work but the board is great! My only complaint is the speed alert. When you get to 10mph it starts beeping at you not stop and I haven’t figured out a way to go that off. Other than that it’s nice! Wheels light up bright, speakers sound good. I really like the beginner mode, makes it easy for us old folks to use it without becoming a viral video on TikTok
