The New Go-To Manual for High Performance Teams
Just finished reviewing the final copy of High-Impact Tools for Teams by Stefano Mastrogiacomo and Alex Osterwalder. I had seen an advanced copy but the published book is really something. This is a very practical roadmap for working with high-performance teams. It is rooted in solid science, the tools are highly usable and practical, and on top of that, it is a work of art. Nicely designed and illustrated. Fantastic. I highly recommend this book to all of you who work with teams in organizations or leading projects. It is a must-have manual for successful teams. I know this first hand because we have been using these principles and tools for over a year with my organization achieving great results and great success. Highly recommended.

Good practices
Very good book once again. I have already started to use the new tool and it helped my team already to make progress on important projects. Why not 5 stars? The initial part of the book gave me lots of new and very welcom insights and improved my understanding. The second part where additional canvasses where introduced I found less helpfull. I felt like these canvasses where made just to have a canvas. However the information I found still very usefull to read. This can also be found in many coaching books but it is always good to read it again in a different perspective.I found the book to be very usefull. Having read the book and used it in practice it is shown that the ideas work (at least for me)

"Illustrated" Has to Be In The Item Title
By looking at the authors, it seems that the book might be nice. The illustrations distract the reader from the context and frames the text to be thought of when contrasting illustration on a page. The readers can't ultimately trust a book that frames its argument next to illustrations to elicit sympathy in the context where the words don't stand on their own. It's wrong that the HBR Press has allowed this book to be published. It's certainly not worth it, and it's a let down to those who expect HBR to only accept the most thorough content.

Book arrived falling apart
I recently received this book and it is not well bound at all. It arrived falling apart. I skimmed through it quickly, only to find that sections were already starting to fall out. I am sure that the content of the book has value, but it is upsetting to receive a new book that is not in good condition.
