You probably need a different model. This one fits with holes 2-1/2" on center.

Q: I have a 2002 trail lite with hehr windows - the latches are worn out, but i can't seem to remove the screws to replace. any ideas?

removing screws is easy-tricky get all aligned to put new ones I coated screws with blue loctite so they didn't fall out

I am not sure where they came up with 3" x 5" x 1.5" in the description, either. There is nothing on the latch that is 5" long. I replaced my latch on my RV that was the same brand but the lever you pull to open and close the latch is made a little different than my original, but works just the same and was a perfect replacement.

Q: If this a picture of the actual latch and the holes are 2.5" on center, where is the 5" dimension?

That answer makes absolutely no sense. There are 2 products on the same description. One is for single pane and one for double pane, no description variation. The 5" is likely the double pane, they are typically longer. Also, it says package dimension in a different area with 5", could be the package size. I'll find out as I am ordering both.
