Excellent value for money tablet and keyboard combination
I bought this tablet for my 83 year old mother to replace an android tablet she had been using. She uses it mainly for emails, reading the news and the odd bit of internet surfing. She took to it straight away and finds the keyboard particularly good. She was using Android 5 on her old tablet and finds Android 8.1 just as easy to use. The Wifi seams to operate well with no dropout experienced as yet and Bluetooth is version 4.0. The picture and sound quality are good for a tablet in this price range. The front and rear camera's may be an issue for some as they are only 2.0 mega pixels but will probably be ok for video calls. Also there is no flash light, not unusual on a tablet of this price. It has both micro and full size usb ports which is handy for connecting external items. Often these sorts of devices the usb port doubles as the charger port but this has a dedicated dc socket for this purpose. It has the usual headphone socket and a TF card slot to expand the memory up to 256gb if required. One small gripe is there is no screen protector fitted to stop the screen getting scratched. It comes with a decent amount of app pre-installed and any further apps can be downloaded from the Play Store. All in all it is a good solid feeling tablet and keyboard which is flexible and easy to operate. Well worth considering in an increasingly competitive price range, oh and also its a British company.

Meets our needs! (Music, video streaming, viewing photos, surfing the net)
The tablet/keyboard arrived on time, economically and well packed. On opening the tablet box, the first items we saw were a contact information card and a yellow advice card regarding the battery charging and a manufacturer’s plastic film/coating on the tablet screen. The instructions were to leave the tablet on charge for seven hours – a little confusing as the charger was cool and tablet was showing fully charged within four hours (not sure when it completed charging, as we only checked it in passing to see if the message “charging slowly” was still there). This was bought as a replacement for a defunct LG tablet used for audio and/or video streaming, surfing the internet, making notes and storing photos. Both the SD card from the old tablet and the existing flash drive storage pen, connected via the keyboard, worked without hassle. (The SD card is in place when you hear a click – press hard). The battery life seems good – first off, setting up, experimenting and adding some Apps, playing Spotify and then YouTube (both with Bluetooth speaker) for several hours, there was still a lot of battery/predicted hours of usage left. It’s fast and connects quickly with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. HD films looked good, as do photos (taken on a different device). The camera is good. The touchpad screen is responsive. Will have to see what happens with the manufacturer's plastic film on the screen – all our other devices have been glass and not easily scratched. The keyboard fits easily on to the tablet and is an added plus: great for touch typing, ease of watching videos or for more than one person looking at information, as it props up the tablet. (Holding the tablet on its own can get a bit hot).Overall, impressed with the quality, speed of processor and connection to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, battery usage.

Great tablet with a keyboard dock!!!
Bought this to replace an old Samsung and a newer Fire 7.Pros...Easy to read screen with a non-glare finish!Keyboard plus, the keyboard base has a USB port for other goodies to plug into!!!Not the fastest but fast enough for everyday use.Great sound out of the the speakers at the top in landscape.A dedicated Micro HDMI portCons...Short to medium battery life while using keyboard base. All in all... very happy with it especially as it was bought on sale!!! Well worth the money.

Battery draining in a matter of minutes
Not a bad product, but you soon find the keyboard sucks the life out of the battery.. I've had to charge it up every day since May, now the battery drains from fully charged to 1% in a matter of minutes. I could never work out why theres no way to turn the keyboard off when not in use as I like it like a mini laptop and its always stood up ready and waiting.. I also use it as my alarm clock, but I was late up this moring as I went to bed on 68%, woke up 20 minutes late to a dead tablet. Not happy! I cant keep it constantly on charge, cant afford a new one either! Also the 6 key on the keyboard has stopped working, but i could get around that by using the on screen keyboard.
