These pliers can work on multiple size crimps. It easily ratchets to complete the crimp.

I typically use the Cline ratcheting wire crimpers, this product was able to be delivered same day so I gave it a try. These are pretty good, they are slightly smaller than the Cline however they do have a wider jaw size range. I recommend these and if they break I would be happy to purchase another set.

When I saw this set, I knew I had to test it and try it out for myself. Especially since I am always working around automotive wiring and connectors. The crimping is good since it has enough different types of style crimping blocks, and it comes with a nice case. The color of the handles makes it pretty easy to spot and find when looking for it. It has clicking so has a good way of crimping down and you know when to stop, and it's not hard to use.

I bought the ratchet crimping tool to crimp ferule tubes on cable wire for my dc to power station charger. This particular charger does come with the cable kit but at the time the company was out and I didn't want to wait for restock. I am 68 year old woman with terrible hand grip so I was hoping I could handle the ratchet. Yes, I handled the ratchet quiet well. Because I had no experience or knowledge of how to go about it I was a little slow at first. I have to say the ratchet is very easy to use. It comes with different exchangeable size jaws that are easy to switch out. I am very impressed with this ratchet. My work looks good and the charger is up and running. I definitely would recommend. Because I am not a professional but a DIYer I looked at price as part of my decision making process, so glad I picked this one.

I'm a DIY person, not a proffesional. I never knew the strippers/crimpers that come with almost every wire connector set are not even made for them. Have you ever noticed about 1 out of 5 connectors actually hold tight onto the wire, and fall off with minimum movement. Not anymore. These come with like 5 or 6 different jaws for every type of wire connector out there up to like 12 or 14 gauge wire. These crimpers work so good I had to review them and I show them off to everyone who comes by. I am a real person, not a bot.

I bought these same crimpers from this same company with the hard case, and quick release ends and let me say, I'm glad I decided not to keep these.The ease of use of this is sub par, having to drive out screws is just so....20th century.These have good weight to them, the ends connect solidly and then work well and crimp very well but the lack of quick release is a killer for me.
