Great product, the item arrived on time as expected with everything in great condition. All accessories came equipped as well, I’m still experimenting with different recipes but so far I’ve enjoy the machine. I’d recommend it. its also fairly easy to use.

Make sure to hand wipe down only. I used it once and it was fantastic and easy to use. My son did dishes and at 11 doesn’t understand you can’t submerge electrical components apparently even though we’ve had this convo. It never turned on again :(

What I like about this is that the price was right and it does make wonderful infusions however I didn't feel that there was enough clarity on how to do things but it works.
