A great phone accessory!
Works well with my Iphone 13 ProMax! It fits the hand well and changes the dynamic of phone photography, making it feel almost as if you were working with a camera with very little weight. The built in battery keeps the phone charged during extended use or shoot videos. Highly recommended product

Good for photography with a phone
Very good for iPhone photography. Battery life is good. Only wish is that it can triggerthe video function with the button.

Almost perfect, but not quite
I'm quite fond of the Shiftcam ProGrip. However, three observations stand out:1. **Zoom buttons**: It would be nice to have dedicated buttons for zooming. It's not a major drawback, but zooming without using the pinch gesture on the phone would enhance the user experience. I feel like this should theoretically be feasible with iPhone's accessibility features, if there were more buttons and it didn't recognize it as a Braille device for some reason.(At least that's how iOS 17 recognizes it.)2. **Back tap workaround**: A neat feature I found is using the iPhone's back tap gesture (Settings -> Accessibility -> Touch -> Back Tap). By setting it to open the camera, you can double-tap the back of the Snapgrip Pro, activating the camera app without touching the phone screen.3. **Quick release for the hand pad**: A mechanism to swiftly move the hand pad out of the way, especially for the dock feature, would be ideal. Currently, adjusting the pad "behind the grip" is necessary to use it as a dock. A quick-release on the side opposite the screw hole would enable faster detachment for dock use. Perhaps this can be corrected in future iterations.Overall, I'm thoroughly satisfied with the Shiftcam ProGrip. It's comfortable and has a premium hand-feel and gives me the feeling of using a normal camera. It accomplishes almost everything I wanted it to do, but a few little tweaks would be appreciated.

I think the hand strap is the most important factor.
It looks to be a very good product. I haven got a chance to use it yet.

Grip bluetooth shuts off every time wireless charging is activated
Unboxing... the packaging is very nice and seems premium. All looked as expected. When I opened the box and removed the ProGrip, it looked brand new. All paperwork was included.Initial feelings, I like the ProGrip. I put my OnePlus 9 Pro into the cradle and it held it (with case) securely. Makes it feel like I am holding an SLR, which I am much more comfortable with. The Bluetooth pairing between the ProGrip and the 9 Pro was easy and reliable. The grip feels well built. I didn't experience any lag between the shutter button press and photo/video shoot. The ability to go from landscape to portrait by rotating the cradle is nice and smooth.About the wireless charging. The alignment of the OnePlus 9 pro to the wireless charging coil happens naturally, no fiddling around needed. Reasonable charging time... it's limited to 15 watts, but good enough. I like this feature in this grip. Save me from having to carry an additional battery.BUT... As I tested the unit, I noticed it does one thing I wasn't expecting... While shooting photos or video, I press the button to turn on the wireless charging... The Bluetooth on the grip shuts off. I attempted to turn it on... No dice. Checked that the bluetooth on my phone is on and it's all good. My phone and the grip are no longer paired. When I shut off the wireless charging, the Bluetooth on the grip is still off, but if I press the shutter button, it comes on and it pairs with my phone again. I try again to turn on the wireless charging, and again the Bluetooth shuts off. If this were to happen in a middle of a video shoot, I would not be able to stop the recording with the shutter button. I would have to press the button on the screen. Now, before you tell me it's an android thing, sorry to say it happens on my iPhone SE too. The same exact thing.Everything I read about this grip says that the wireless charging should be useable while shooting photos/video. Thia unit's inability to do this does not make this totally useless, but for the price paid, it's unacceptable.I am giving a rating of 3 stars because the grip is well built, has good features, but the issue with the wireless charging of this unit shutting off the Bluetooth detracts. I will be returning the unit to Amazon.

Worth the price for making the most of quality phone cameras
Couldn't afford to buy a DSLR camera for a trip to Alaska, so I tried this and a cheaper version without the hand strap, and a set of lens attachments. Immediately returned the cheaper version after experiencing the feel and ergonomics, and the lenses proved useless. This tool allowed far more control and fit my Samsung S24 Ultra perfectly, tho it also comes with inserts for smaller phones. The shutter button and grip along with the hand strap made for secure and comfortable shooting in a wide variety of situations, from hikes, to capturing landscapes and wildlife from moving boats and planes. Bluetooth connection was seamless and automatic. The grips on the phone and my hand were very secure, so I was much less concerned about losing my phone off the side of a boat or in any other situations. The best feature was being able to simply hold the shutter button for burst shots, allowing me to capture fleeting moments like breaching whales and flying birds with enough exposures to get the best possible photos. Trying to swipe the shutter button on my phone screen never reliably worked when I needed it to, but this made it completely effortless. I used it literally every day on the trip and took over 3500 photos. You definitely get what you pay for, and this is very much worth it!
