It can be adjusted to the angle at which the sound is best.I can use it for a long time when I charge it, so I can listen to music in the middle while working, and I don't have to worry about getting cut off in the middle. From what people tell me, the sound quality is great. I find it comfortable and I have no issues with that. The instructions on how long to hold the button to like turn it off, or have it start listening to use voice to make a call are off. You can't just tap the button you have to hold it for about a good half a second and then a "Listening" will show up on the phone. then you can actually do the voice command

My husband's Blue Parrot headset died, he wanted to save a few dollars, so he tried this one after reading the reviews. He is very, very, happy with it. Easy to set up & connect, he says it's just as good if not better than his old BP. Sound quality is excellent. Great headset at an unbelievable price!

I gave this headset 3 stars because I had them for a little over 6 months, using them for short periods of time and the padding material deteriorated and came off. They were not used commercially, I used them only for personal calls which is not often. Very dissappointed.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I needed an inexpensive headset for my job, this thing has survived over a year of abuse in the dumptrucking industry. Still has excellent battery life, clear voice transmission both ways, and a fair range away from the phone for when I have to get out of the truck. It has survived several falls and just keeps powering up and connecting.
