This bed frame has been nothing but perfect. The quality is awesome it’s definitely worth every penny. My mother actually lost the remote control when we were moving her so I reached out to the company to see if they had a replacement remote that I could purchase they were quick with their response and went out of their way to help me. Even though it’s been almost a year since I purchased this frame for my mother I was very grateful for all their help. By the way it was easy to assemble, it’s not heavy it looks great and and easy to move around.

Lets begin with a very well constructed bed. Smartly engineered and very easy to put together. It shipped in one box. I comes with a nice solid remote and not a cheap lightweight one. It is so quiet when operating you can barely hear it. It moves very smoothly as well. I like the solid slats and the cover that help keep the mattress in place.I bought this to replace an adjustable hospital bed my insurance was renting, it was uncomfortable and very noisy also. I was able to use the 36" x 80" foam mattress that I bought for the hospital bed on this new frame.I did raise the bed with some 5" bed blocks to get it to a more comfortable height for me. I stand 6' 190lbs.

I've put two of these together, both full size. The bed frame is sturdy and so far the adjustability works great. However nearly none of the parts were labeled the same as the instructions. Good thing there are photos or it probably would have been a nightmare to figure out. For both units, the sets of top platform parts letters did not match the instructions. Luckily they only line up with one set of holes so I just looked at the pics and trial and error fit the sections till I found the set that fit. From the foot end first the correct sets were E/D, F/F, G/G, H/I, C/B. The last 2 sets for the head end all screw to each other as well as down to the frame so they have extra holes. For all the sets it's best to hand tighten all screws first then down first then tighten down. The last two sets should be hand tightened together before final tightening. Also, since I had it in a corner, I did the last 4 sections clockwise so I could step into the frame to reach the corner part, see pic.

It works perfectly, I’m loving it! I’m a person that loves to read before going to sleep and stay in after I’m awake. Assembly was very easy, but it needs two people to carry it and flip it after, but then it’s all up hill.

The media could not be loaded. My dad had the same bed since 1975. Me and my siblings wanted for years to do a bedroom makeover and he never agreed. So, once he said yes, we were thrilled. We decided to order the adjustable bed from Sunsgrove.Delivery: the delivery arrived when expected and there was no signs of damage to the outside packaging.Unpacking: FIRST, we noticed that the railings was extremely scratched, so we knew it was not a new product. We wasn't concerned because the mattress would conceal it. SECOND, we couldn't put the bed together because there was no manual and no remote.TOO MUCH OF NOTHING: I contacted Amazon and then the seller. They pdf me a manual and sent out a remote. When it arrived it didn’t work. It lite up, but the bed didn't work. I contacted Amazon and also explained my concern about the used bed. I then contacted the seller. Again, they sent another remote. I told the seller, it wasn't the remote it was the motor. They told me to try that first. Again, same result. This projected started mid April, and the second remote delivered May 10th.REFUND!!!! RIPOFF!! I contacted Amazon and they reached out to the seller for my refund. It's almost the last of May and I was granted a refund from the seller. I was told I had to return the product, which I was ok doing, but I had to pay for shipping. You sent me a damaged product, and I have to pay for it. It was almost $300 to ship this second hand non-working bed back!!! It is because of this plan I was able to be reimbursed and bought my dad a new bed. If you order from Amazon Please buy this Protection Plan. Be prepared, the bed arrives in two boxes. I only received one, but the company was very responsive and sent me the second box within a couple of days. It is not hard to put together, but it is heavy. I am a 75 year old woman and it would have been much easier with a helper but I got it put together. I bought a a latex mattress on Amazon. ( pure green organic latex, medium firm) The mattress was too heavy for me to lift, but I got a friend to help me put it on the frame. Perfect!

Excellent product for the price works great have a very I’ll family member and works like a hospital bed we use memory foam mattress we bought separately but I can’t say enough good about this bed frame
