At first I struggled to figure out how to use it. It’s quite fiddly. I was using my phone for taking pictures of documents and my hands were not steady enough. But it seems to be able to hold my iPhone nicely enough and the lights are ok .

Very aesthetic, it is weighty so no need to worry about it falling over. Several light modes with two or three colours. The lights are bright enough with some lower light modes if it's too bright for you. Remote lets me take pictures/record from afar. I'm so glad I ordered it!My only complaint is it's mobility because of the weight, I don't think I'd carry it everywhere with me. A hand-held camera stand might be better for this purpose.

I purchased this item in January and was away until now. I have just opened the box and followed the instructions on the box to slide it forward to open and it won't budge. I've watched every video and read the pamphlet over and over and it still is not opening. I want to send it back and really should be able to given this is a totally faulty item. It doesn't open so I can't even use it except as a doorstop.

I really like the product compared to a normal ring light, because it is more compact and it has more features than the products I have bought before. It is indeed a bit steady, but my iPhone 13 Pro Max stays well in place, so it is not detrimental.

I took Thai setup on holiday to do my art class. It worked very well.

I really wish I had read the reviews on this. Lovely to look at and nice and compact but you cant get much done as it is not sturdy and the weight of the phone makes it impossible to get any angles. Very dissapointed.

it was ok i guess, bit top heavy but you can find things around to weight it down. issue i have with it is, its hard to get it into a position when shooting overhead where you don't see the base. It wobbles when filming so camera shakes and when you play back the video you see that the light actually flickers very subtly but enough to be annoying. after three or four videos i stopped using it

I was slightly worried by the bad reviews saying it couldn’t hold the phone but the phone sits on top perfectly. I think others have put the phone hanging down rather than sitting on top. Turn the light round and sit the phone on top and it will be perfect!! Fantastic price too!!!
