I wanted to wait until I used this product a few times before reviewing it, and after using it 2x in 6 months (have a lot of hair, just passed my shoulders), to cover my grays I am BEYOND THRILLED with it!1st, purchased DARK BROWN because I read it covered the grays the best.What a GORGEOUS color!It highlights itself beautifully as my hair becomes exposed to the sun due to work, taking long walks, going on our nature trails or gardening.Beautiful!Have had a number of compliments!2nd, still have product left for other applications. It is rich and NOT runny! Excellent to work with.3rd, I have never, ever, DIY hair colored before, and was petrified!After a botched job by a new beautician (my stylist moved), and spending $$ to get that horrible job done to boot, decided to try my hand at DIY4th, here is how I apply it after watching a number of different videos. Hope it's useful for you too:I shake the bottle very well before applying.Use stained towels to cover sink and all around me, just in case a drop makes it's way where it shouldn't (again, it is NOT runny).Obviously use plastic gloves and cover top with small stained towels I tuck into neckline to keep in place1st apply to my grays around my face, and at top of head where it naturally parts towards the back (my grays are more pronounced around front of my face vs anywhere else), and leave it on for about 1 to 2 minutes maximum.Then I apply in sections all around my head. Rub it thoroughly in, obviously not too crazily to avoid knotting my hair. Almost more like massaging it in vs hard rubs.I then take a wide toothed comb, and comb it through CAREFULLY to avoid spillage onto floor, and take the product on the comb to rub back in wherever I feel it is necessary.Rub it all in again (I do not add more product at this point, I massage thoroughly all around what is already there), comb through again, gently add excess off comb again where needed (pat it in this time), and set timer to lowest number of minutes, given that it took me a bit to do this (I work VERY slowly, maybe you won't I am still petrified, so am cautiously working this in).I then rinse THOROUGHLY as noted, towel dry, and style as usualLeaves hair super soft yet NOT flat. Love this product!Now, the 1st time I used it I did notice a funky odor to the product and my hair until I washed it with shampoo a few days later.That did not, at all, occur the 2x I used the product. Could be that it was sitting a bit in the container (I REALLY shook it the 2nd time, more than the 1st time).Will absolutely 💯 be ordering this product again when it runs out.Am SOOO happy with the results and ease of use, not to mention how it beautifully holds color as it also naturally highlights itself (and does NOT bleed through). I got the black color, it’s not jet black not it’s darker than natural/soft black.APPLICATION: This product lathers well and the application is exactly the same as applying shampoo. it’s recommended to use at least 2-3 fl oz so make sure to follow. No stinging as some had mentioned. I made sure to keep it on no longer than the suggested time(20 mins) and I did not have any scalp discomfort as some had mentioned.RINSE: I wanted to make sure my nails wouldn’t be stained so I used gloves as I rinsed the color off. I applied my keratin shampoo and conditioner and my hair did not have color residue from the dye. It rinsed well and my scalp and hairline was color free!DRY: I’m not sure if it was my keratin hair products but my hair dried smoothed and shiny.CONVENIENCE: I’m a busy mom with a toddler that wouldn’t leave me alone and to be able to quickly apply this product allows me to be able to hide my grays at ease. It’s also great that it has natural ingredients. As of longevity, I would try to keep update after a week or so.

I don’t ever write reviews. But this deserves it. When i received the box I thought the packaging was cheap and even the instruction were poorly written in English. So I did not have high hopes. However, this product dyed my hair 10 times better than a box die. My hair is not dry. It’s actually shiny. The instructions at 15 to 20 minutes. I think I forgot and I left it on an extra five minutes. So just be careful with the timing because my hair came out a little too extra dark brown. But still looks very good. And for the price, it is great because this bottle is big and will last a long time. But then again I have short hair.There was no smell, it took half the time then with a boxed hair dye and was easy to rinse out.

Did the product work: yes. It evenly colored my hair and covered my little sprinkles of silver hairs. The smell was not the worst I’ve ever smelled but not good. It had a very chemical smell. It did leave my hair very shiny and it was true to color. I got dark brown. Next time I think I would prefer the light brown but that is my opinion. I think this just came out a little too dark for my complexion. It also worked for my eyebrows too! Only gave it 4 stars because of the smell and it did make my scalp itch and burn a little.

Its a great temporary solution. It does cover the grays and leaves a nice shine but after 4 washes all the grays start to show up again.Good amount for a good price. I like that it brings 2 spare gloves. If I could
