Put in fridge to chill well. Then bang bottle several times on very hard surface. This separates the capsules. Then either keep them in the fridge or put in a bigger bottle or jar with dry white rice. Works great!!

Product was unusable, every pill was fused together. The first set of pills were good, i had them set up on auto delivery. This set was earlier than i needed them and when i went to use them the were one. And of course past the time i could return them. I will be looking for a different brand.
