Rollater brill instructions rubbish.
The Rollater is sterdy and well built but the instructions were unreadable especially for An 88 year old man. Not sure a lady could lift into a car.

amazing to walk , just wish I knew to fold fully is not as easy as I thought
Really sturdy and perfect as I have spinal issues and didn’t want the typical 3 wheel style. I did buy this as it is ideal for travel. The only thing I wish I’d known is that you have to remove the bolts to be able to fold fully. Having issues with my hands it will become an issue but that’s my fault just going by the picture.

It tips over easily
This is not very good for me. I have fallen using the trolley twice both times the trolley tipping forwards and then me falling forward with it so for me I don’t feel save enough to use it

Its design & manufacture are very good but the instructions are a disgrace.
I am more than satisfied with its overall design and manufacture and it inspires confidence even when even only one handle is used. ( carrying something in the other ) As is typical with this type of wheeled device, occasionally, they do have a “ mind if their own” regarding steering and care has to be taken to avoid the rear wheel axle nuts don’t catch when going through narrow gaps but otherwise its very re assuring. It requires more space than I expected and I have to put part of the back seat down when putting it into the boot of my SUV. Although I would say it’s a “lightweight”, some users would have difficulty with this manoeuvre. It’s a pity the instructions are so poor. Both the text and drawings are very difficult to read, , they contain at least one error viz. break adjustment, and a significant omission eg locking the seat in the used position. These shortcomings add to the “ wrestling “ involved in the initial setOverall though It’s a big improvement on using two sticks.

This has changed my life
Buying this has changed my life. Following a hip replacement I was unfortunate enough to trip on some murderous steps at a house I was visiting, seriously and permanently damaging the "other" leg, and for the last two years have been lurching with a stick, and walking with pain and difficulty,.My daughter said how badly I was walking, and having seen a rollator in a charity shop, (which was not suitable for me) I decided to investigate.Finding this fold-up one was like a miracle. Monday I met a friend for coffee and took Wheelie with me. We folded him just sideways and took him in while we had coffee. I was able to walk the entire length of the local High Street, which I could never have done with a stick, and in and out of several large stores. If my friend went in a shop I did not want to go int, I took a seat on Wheelie outside and waited!! I finished up in a Tesco supermarket, where the basket fitted on to the seat, and I prevented it from slipping off by using one of those stretchies with a hook each end, which now lives in the net bag supplied. I took a folding bag to put all my shopping in, which traveled back to the car on the seat , fastened in the same way as the supermarket basket. I got home and could not believe that I did not have to sit down and recover. That is the usual pattern. Not only that, my leg had not swelled up, - I had been walking properly. And I could not believe it, - I was in no pain. The following day I went out on my own and thoroughly explored the local B&M superstore, including all round their garden centre!! I never could have even considered this before. The friend with whom I had coffee remarked on how even indoors I was walking better, and (I had let her "have a go" up the High Street on Monday!) was so impressed that yesterday she has ordered one for herself. My Wheelie now lives just folded in half ready for use, in the boot of the car, and the wheelchair which has been there for two years is now relegated into semi-retirement. I don't know how to thank you enough. Out again with Wheelie into the sunshine again in a minute. Thank you so very very much. Like I said in the first sentence, - this has changed my life.

Folding?
I could not work out how to fold the walker to it's smallest fold. The instruction manual is very inadequate as is the YouTube video. I've folded it by lifting the seat but not been able to fold the legs up and can't find any instructions to show that. I believe this is a design flaw as it is now restricting how to store it in the car.
