Purchased easyfone shield for my mom who doesn’t like to use smart phones.Advantages:1. Big screen and keypad helps in easy visibility and dialing.2. Charging dock makes it easy for charging. Just place the phone in the dock and it charges. Easy for seniors.3. Good battery backup due to big battery size.4. Sturdy built quality. IP 68 rated , waterproof.5. Loud ringtone and quality of voice over phone is also good6. White list function makes it handy to avoid unwanted marketing calls. You receive calls only from phone number in white list.7. Photo dialing function is also handy for seniors who finds it difficult to search mobile number from phone book.8.unwanted menu items can be hidden to make the phone menu look simpler and to avoid changes made to settings by seniors unknowingly.9. Basically a good simple , practical and usable phone for seniors and ever travellers who want to have a sturdy simple phone with battery backup for basic calling.Disadvantages:1. Don’t expect other features available in android smart phones. It’s a special phone for special purpose.2. Camera is basic and quality is just ok.

The speaker is too weak so even younger people struggle to hear it, so it's even worse for the elderly. Buttons are stiff and unwieldy and the backlight is too dim. The screen is too small and dim as well. Very overpriced and definitely not worth getting. Regret buying it for my grandpa since he couldn't even get to use it properly.

Good one for old people and value for money

This phone is super good. It was perfect for my Watchman. It is rugged tough. Doesn’t matter how many times it falls down. It’s perfect for a rough performance and its value for money.

The battery is good and the voice quality is also decent, but the overall quality is pathetic. Just about one and a half months of usage and the screen is turning white from one corner. We used it with care and didn’t drop it or expose it to the elements at all. Still, the outcome is this and now it’s just a matter of time before it becomes completely unusable. I feel it won’t be shock and waterproof as well. So much for the MAKE IN INDIA pride! Very disappointed ☹️

The phone is sturdy and have very good grip. The large number keypad is definitely a plus for the senior citizen. The sound quality so far is good, and we have to use further and see in long run. Overall the phone features are basic and simple to use. Feedback that I shared with the easyphone customer care based on my few days of experience. There should be an option to import phone contacts in .vcf file from other keypad phones which most phones are supporting. This will help us to avoid sitting and typing 100s of contacts. There is an option to Sim to phone but there is limitation of SIM to hold more than 200 contacts. If the import option would have there we can do import of phone contacts even if is 500 contacts will be easier. Another thing i observed is that the date and time is taking long time to update the service provide network time. There is issue in time and date update Whenever the battery is removed and placed the date and time will be reset to factory setting date and time. The network time will be updated after several hours. To ask this was trying to reach Easyphone in all methods but no success. The mobile number given the website and in warranty card does not get connected. I was successfull once after several calls made. The email in the website and warrant card wont work. I was attracted to purchase this phone mainly for the purpose of care touch app. Unfortunately, after purchasing the phone i got a surprise that this phone model is not supported with Care touch app and the customer service informed it is due to dual sim phone. The customer service is not 24x7 is another surprose. We will not come to know unless we open the warranty card. no one Amazon or Easyphone wont talk about this service hours while selling the product. This was suppose to be a easyphone for senior citizen but looks like the only option to reach them is whatsapp which is not helpful for a senior citizen as they use just a feature phone. The best thing for senior citizen is the customer service should be available on phone, register the problem and provide a proper service request number confirmation via email and sms. Currently none of this sort available except whatsapp. Really a nightmare to talk to the team and get the phone issue resolved. Customer service should be easy however the product might be good. This is the sad part of it.
