I had that one just like this a while ago a few years ago and for some reason I don't even remember why I gave it away to a friend and I totally forgot about it until about 2 weeks ago he brought it back to me and he said that he wanted to donate it to my church for the yard sale we're having in July brought other things also for that so I tried it out and as I was using it on and off . I didn't want to keep that one because the right thing to do is to give it to my church the way he had asked me to do so I decided to go and look on here for another one and I found this one and I really love it I will not part with it again unless it breaks down or something but I have a small apartment I only live in two rooms I have very limited counter space and with that in mind this is actually perfect I don't need a separate toaster oven and I don't need a separate regular toaster so it all works out together and it was a win-win situation all the way around the church got theirs I bought mine used like new and everybody's happy.

I got this style because I could do toast easier than my previous oven. It has multiple settings and you can absolutely get the color of browning, you prefer easily. The baking area is a little small and if they had this in a larger size, I’d have gone for it. You have to be careful retrieving small toaster pastries because some foods pop up still a little short and kids could burn their fingers. I use a silicone tongs to grab the small bit sticking up. Doesnt go into the toaster it only grabs the food. That being said, normal size bread is higher so it’s easier.

HAMILTON BEACH DOESN’T DISAPPOINT!!! THIS IS THE MOST MARVELOUS LITERAL TOASTER OVEN THAT WE HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF OWNING!!! IT IS THE MOST AESTHETICALLY APPEALING TOASTER OVEN AND DOESN’T HAVE THE CHEEZY FLAT BUTTONS THAT ALWAYS BREAKDOWN…BUT EVEN MORE THAN THAT, THE THOUGHTFUL DESIGN MAKES LIFE SO MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE— THE BOTTOM DRIP TRAY IS SUPER EASY TO PULL OUT AND CLEAN IN A SECOND RIGHT WHEN IT HAPPENS. THE TOASTER UP TOP TOASTS EVENLY AND FOR SMALL PIECES OF TOAST YOU CAN USE THE ACTUAL OVEN. IT FITS A RELATIVELY LARGE PYREX GLASS CASSEROLE DISH. IT’S FANTASTIC FOR TMES WHEN IT’S JUST THE TWO OF US. I HOPE THEY MOVE INTO THE LARGE APPLIANCE SPACE AND TAKE OVER THE UNIVERSE!!!🤪🤪🤪 ❤️❤️❤️

I purchased this item to replace an older Hamilton Beach combo toaster oven which stopped working. This toaster oven is larger than the one I replaced which gives more options for usage. I have used the toaster oven in the bake, broil and toaster modes and all settings work well. The only problem I encountered was that two of the non-slip rubber fittings were missing on the feet. I checked the packaging and they were not found which indicated that they were missed during assembly at the factory. Fortunately, I had 2 small rubber washers that I fabricated to fit and replace the missing ones I would have rated this item 5 but because of the missing parts, I rated it a 4.

I bought this product with some hesitation, but I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is excellent, it arrived well-packaged and earlier than expected. It delivers everything promised in the description. I've been using it for several days and it works perfectly. I would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended for those looking for [comfort / durability / good performance / etc.].

I got this to replace the older style of the same thing that I got in 2007. My old one was still working but it was starting to toast unevenly so we decided to upgrade.At first I thought that this was too big for our space but after using it a bit I find I like the bigger size. First of all the oven is actually usable where my old one was so tiny I hardly ever used it. The other thing I like is that since the toaster is wider I can actually fit three standard pieces of bread in there if I need more toast.One other thing that this has that my old one did not is a button I can press to disengage or stop the toaster, It causes the toast to pop up and stops the toaster. In my old one I had to push up on the handle which was hard to do without causing the toast to fly out of the toaster. I do find that I have to hold the toaster lever down for a couple seconds to get it to catch. I think it has to have that time to fully engage the toaster heating mechanism.The only downside and this could be a deal breaker if you do not have a lot of space on your counters. The outside gets extremely hot especially if you are using the oven portion. I have to position mine so the cord is not directly behind the unit because it's so hot that I think it could damage the cord over time. I think that they could have added some insulation to prevent the heat from radiating so much out the back and sides of the oven. It gets really hot and stays hot for awhile even when it's off. So make sure you have the room around it to allow for this heat to dissipate safely.
