I’ve been using ALPHA LION Core Pre Workout in the Fruit Punch flavor for a few months now, and it’s become my go-to before hitting the gym. The taste is actually pretty good—less sweet than some others I’ve tried—and it mixes well without any chalky residue. This is a pretty solid pre workout. I’ve always been a high-stim pre workout person, and I started out using their extreme pre workout, but decided to take a step back from that and moved to this pre workout instead. It’s a little less intense from their extreme, but it still packs an intense punch. The caffeine content is high, the taste is actually pretty good, it usually lasts my entire workout without feeling bloated or fatigued as some other products on the market have a tendency to do, the price point is reasonable for the servings you get, and the pump you get is phenomenal. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who is in the gym on a daily basis and wants to maximize their workouts. If gains are your overall goal, this will help get you there for sure.

Taste really good, no gritty texture. Started working immediately like with 5 minutes of finishing the mixture i got tingling in my hands and feet & got to work.I worked out for 30 minutes and got a complete rush and then i flat lined. Make sure you eat enough before taking this. I don’t think i ate enough resulting in me feeling extremely sick fatigue and nauseas maybe my sugar got low. I had to lay down for 30 minutes to recoup i take full accountability and I would try again eating first and give another review at a later time.

Great product. Gets the job done as far as taste, energy and sustainability throughout workout

The quality is excellent and you don’t experience a crash as bad as some other pre-workouts, the focus and pump aren’t inadequate I would say those aspects are so-so. The tatse is good not great overall I would recommend this pre-workout.
