Broken pieces
The product came and even though it was secured like Fort Knox it had broken pieces. It is too big and too heavy to ship back to replace. It was pretty disappointing considering the price I paid. The only saving grace is that it still functions with the broken pieces.

Decent lathe for the price
Nice mini lathe for what it is! Of course you pay for what you get with these mini lathes.

Just works, right out of the box, has been adjusted/calibrated perfectly.
This machine, out of the box, has been adjusted/calibrated perfectly.All the other sellers of cheap Chinese lathes should probably take note.This is a Very nice mini-lathe for under $800 delivered.Only place I know of to get one out of the box as good, is thru LMS. But the shipping HURTS thru them, bad.I've bought a few mini-lathes over the last yr. Unfortunately, I have had to return 2 previous Amazon purchases because the machines were just, well. . . . . bad in lots of ways (including the Ways).
