Works on old and new
I have 2 old genies with an add on remote Bo’s that uses dip switches. I also have an intelicode that’s newer on my shop. It’s able to open all 3 doors with separate code no problem.

Better than expected
I purchased these for an old Genie Model 12A. The item worked great. Easy to program. Activates the door from about 75-100 feet. Worth the money.

Range LESS than 20 Feet!
This garage door opener is worthless. It only has a range of 20 Feet at BEST if and ONLY if the garage door is OPEN. It is SO bad that it can't work with the garage door closed! I literally got out of the car and pressed the button while standing by the garage door and it wouldn't open the door. You have to take it inside the garage in order for its weak signal to reach the opener and actually OPEN the garage door. And yes my garage door is hollow thin metal, and worked fine with the old opener that I was replacing. Also this was a 2 pack, and both remotes behaved the same.Don't waste your money on this.

Fits great in a Tesla Model Y
I love my car, but I can't bear to pay a subscription just to open a garage door! So instead, i spent $20 and this one comes with a little clip that's you clip it just to the lower left of the driver. Its out of sight but easy for my hand to find without looking and I programmed all 3 buttons to my single garage opener so it doesn't even matter which button i hit. Works great even from a distance.

I like the small case. Keep it on the garden tractor for the shop and garage.
