Great performance
I've cranked it up and ran it a few times. Runs great great gas performance and not super loud but not quite either lolDefinitely a good purchase 👌

Good buy
Tend to loose power when ever it rains or during high winds so this has been a life saver.

The directions produced good results.
After a few electrical connections, and installation of wheels, the generator started up! Another worker is needed for a safe installation.

My opinion - buy a different name brand. Quality is not there.
In my opinion, This machine is junk. “Brand new” wouldn’t start. I can usually fix stuff but this thing is junk. I really thought buying generac name was a safe, but this will be my last generac I ever buy.

Excellent
Used daily for our businessIt's loud but easy to use. We use non-ethenol fuel in it & change the oil before the recommended & have had no issues. Have almost 500hrs on it. Quality is good, runs well. I wish it were cheaper, but compared to others it's in the money. We had a duramax prior & it didn't run well & ended up frying our equipment. This one is OK for electronics. Would recommend

Parts Missing
I like the build quality. I'm currently breaking in the generator, runs great. Made in USA definitely a plus. Value for the money spent is good compared to overseas models. The issue is that the axle for the wheel kit is missing from the wheel kit box. You'd expect better quality checking before shipping. Currently have been on hold w/ Generac support 25 min. I got a very nice girl to help me with this issue, so we'll see how good the support is. I'm getting the axle @ N/C under warranty. The drag is the 7-10 business days for shipping because Generac doesn't expedite shipping.UPDATE: Generac did UPS me an axle kinda quick, so kudos to them for that. Generator is running fine so far for 10hrs on brake in, only glitch was having to reset spark plug gap to proper .030 as it started to sputter a little. Spark plugs are gapped wrong from factory @ .018. I'm a auto tech so not a big deal. So far I would recommend this unit. It is well built, not bad on fuel so far & I'm picky. Also I like the fact it has AVR instead of capacitor regulation. Better for electronics.

I needed it.
These days the power keeps going out. I could have bought the big hole house generator for thousands of dollars but I just got this one for about one thousand. Just for my furnace and frig. Had to get a furnace switch to go from power company to my generator and have help to put it in. Push the button on generator to start it. Was easy to put together. Its got a gas gauge. Nice. Just a little loud. Start it once a month to keep it in good shape.

Powers out so what"
First of all we bought this generator when the demand was high.Most of the stores were sold out.But Amazon saved the day.Great price and I didn't have to go out and get that heavy thing home.Now I don't panic when the power goes out.Great product and free delivery with prime.Thank you Amazon.
