Easy assembly. Good value for money.

The desk that was in the lobby was old and ugly. It needed an upgrade. This was perfect! We have had lots of compliments. Just like other reviews though, the instructions are terrible. My husband was able to put it together by himself but it took 5 hours and he is a very handy man. He can fix anything. But this was challenging for him because of instructions.

After a grueling 8 LONG hours of my life that I will never get back, I finally (had to pull my husband in to help after 4 hours) Got this assembled. The parts are mislabled in the instruction book and the locking peices were like something out of a car engine. I never imagined having to put so much thought, sweat and tears into a 5ft wide particle board and metal desk! My brain is fried and I still have to gather the trash from this mess and take it out. OH, They didn't put holes in the top of the desk for cords to run down (As if ANYTHING we use isn't powered by electric in some way). So we still have to modify it to use. The LED light broke as soon as we untied the zip tie to unravel the cord so we had to tape that close to stay on permanantly. The Desk overall is a 3star but I would not purchase again.

When the very heavy box arrived looking like it had been run over by a tank, I was really worried. Surely the parts inside would be horribly mangled. I reached out to customer support, and they assured me that they would be happy to replace any parts that I needed.When I finally got around to opening the box and looking things over, everything was fine. I didn't need to get any parts replaced.Putting this desk together isn't for the faint of heart, but it's surprisingly sturdy with a metal frame. I'm very happy with the purchase, and I'm grateful for the prompt customer support (that I ended up not needing).

My desk was delivered with wood screws in place of machine thread screws and damaged parts. Contacted tribesigns customer service. They advised new parts would be sent... after 3 weeks no parts. Tribesigns offered 50% money back and no parts shipped. I declined and countered with a full refund per their own policy that stated manufacturer defects and missing items would be fully refunded at their expense. They did refund the full amount back in the end. I was unable to move past the very first set of instructions because of these issues and later found that even if I would have received the replacement parts additional parts are missing and a hole for one of the screw in feet was never drilled. Quaility control issues and difficult customer service practices need to be addressed.
