Fast Computer
I bought this for my daughter and she says it’s doing great and she loves it so far. It is very fast and we tried Skype that has a great picture. I will update later on to tell how good or bad it is going but for now so far so good.

Exceptional machine
I absolutely love the choice made in purchasing this particular laptop as it has everything I wanted. The only issue I’d like to see considered is to have MORE USB PORTS provided.

Not good for gaming.
This laptop might be okay for general office use. But is definitely not good if you try to play any games on it. DirectX is disabled on it for some reason. So if you're using it for office then it's great you're using it for games it does not play even the most basic of games.

Terrible battery life
It charges quickly but definitely doesn’t hold a charge. The longest I’ve been able to go on a full charge is 3 hours. And that’s not continuous use. It might as well be a desktop. You can’t use it on the go.

I am Pleased with this Laptop
This laptop came with everything that I expected. Based upon other reviews, I had been a little bit concerned that it might not actually have a free life-time MS Office. This was not an issue for me. That was included with the laptop. I am happy with it.One question for the seller: I had set up a different Administrator account name than I prefer. (My bad!) I would like to reset the laptop and set it up again from scrap. If I go into Recovery tools and do a reset, will I wipe out the free Office setup? Or will it still be intact after a reset?

Computer is excellent.
The computer is excellent! No complaints. The ear buds......not so much. They worked and on first charge only the right one charges, I used reset process and same issue continues. I have since used another product. I really liked those ear buds.

Love it
The same as my old laptop but lighter. I now have Windows 11 as microsoft would not upgrade my old one because of the processer. Also came with a lifetime copy of office pro 365.
