Great tool and support!
This little tool was a game changer for my yard. Being able to use it as a pole saw then as a little chainsaw helped me fill my yard with dead branches then into a nice stack of wood to season for burning next year.Important Note: I was a little overzealous and burned up the motor. I contacted support and after they confirmed the order, model, and serial number delivered a replacement in 4 days. I greatly appreciate how quick they were to get me back to yard work.

Put it to use right away. Definitely worth the money quality and durability. Size, speed and weight is equivalent to your average big name companies. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Nice set up
Decent setup, chainsaw works well cutting easily thru 3 inch branches for me. Like the combo with the pole and the pole is nicely built with great extension length. Only thing I dislike is there is no bar chain oil tank which is an oversight on it, I see the 8 inch version does have one.

It doesn't work and it's unsafe.
Before I had a chance to test the tool, I sustained an injury to my shoulder. Today when I attempted to use it for the first time, this is what I experienced: The first cut was great, but afterwards the tool would jam and lock up every time I tried to cut some tree limbs that were from 1/2" to about 4" diameter. Also, the chain itself would slip off the bar constantly.Unable to return because I was unable to test the tool before today, one day too late.

I recently purchased this trimmer and had problems with a few things and I truly want to give a big thank you to the company as they walked me through every detail to get it right and up and going like it should you guys are great got me right through my problems great tech support guys I would definitely recommend your product to anybody you do care about customer service and again a big thank you and thumbs up to you

Very sturdy and capable tool
This item packs more punch than expected. It is not a power house but it sure mimics one. I am very happy for it and it works great for the extension. The cuts are good, speed good and honestly a better saw than some of the higher dollar saws around. Keep the oil on it and do not over strain it and it works over and over..

Support- excellent support from this company
The new saw and pole is a great tool at a great price. My saw stopped working properly after a few uses. The saw would start but as soon as it started to cut it would stop as if it was over temperature. After contacting support through their email address I sent them some videos of what it was doing and they mailed me a new saw that has a new motor design. I guess the one delivered from Amazon was an older model. Great support and the new saw design is mush better!
