Delighted - excellent contact with company - delivery to room superb! May buy another one. Very well madeand definitely very comfortable - I have hip problems and at 6 foot one and seventeen stone good chairs are hard come by. I put a pillow behind me and relax something I have not been able to do for ages. Modern low cheap chairs are no good for me. You won’t regret the purchase at this price - I bought the 21” seat height and extra width very pleased!

I have been looking for a high back chair for my husband for a long time,bought a couple but not right,then saw these online so ordered one,after sending for a material sample,it came very quickly with the nicest delivery men I have ever met,so pleasant and helpful,unpacked the chair put the legs on and took away all the packaging!!! The chair is SO nice,very smart looking and comfortable,very well made,looks very expensive,I paid a brilliant price,in fact I was so impressed.,I bought one for myself,my husband has a wide chair and I have a standard chair,can definetly recommend,a very good firm to deal with!!!!

I'd have been happier if the legs were made of wood.

I'm a fibromyalgia sufferer so finding anything with the correct balance of firmness yet comfort is an ongoing daily struggle in just about everything I do. Therefore, I took a while choosing this chair - and already I am very happy that I did my research. This is an excellent arm-chair, striking that tricky balance between being of a reasonable height and firmness yet without looking or feeling like a chair from a care home. The fact is the pictures don't do this chair justice - it looks great, like a welcoming fire-side wing-back armchair! Obviously, we will have to see how it wears but I am very happy with the build quality at this stage (will amend the review if this changes). The delivery guys were great too, being helpful with assembly yet careful not to enter the property in these trying Covid times (they took away the packing material too).

I'm sure I've already reviewed this chair.....As with other reviewers, it's firm, comfortable & sturdy, [and], delivered in double quick time by a chap who screwed the legs on, placed it & took the packaging away.I hope this piece of information is of use(?):-I had my concerns because, with only one leg, the transfer may be difficult, if not a bit dangerous &, of course, stability. In fact, quite the opposite. There's plenty of room from the arms to the front, + width means no fear of 'interruption' in the transfer. It's the same height as my wheelchair (with cushion, & my power chair). The only thing to get used to is, on transfer, unlike the cushion, there's no 'give', one is 'straight on it'. This gives a feeling of being high-up but it only takes a few goes to get used to it.Yes, it is high & my other leg doesn't touch the deck, but that too presents no problem as I use my w/c as a footrest!I did 'test' for stability & had someone standing by. It did tip slightly when I gripped the outside of the 'far' arm, but I would not transfer in that manner as my own centre of gravity was well off, making it near impossible to transfer.

Lightweight, cheap construction. Tried to screw the feet on (hand tightness only) and the foot split clean in half. Felt so bad for my 93 year old mom who was looking forward to getting her new chair.

Very pleased with my chair - I have arthritis in my knees and ankles and it’s high enough that I can get up easily. It’s firm but comfortable with a nice high back. The customer service is excellent: I was able to choose a different fabric, and the seller rang me to check. Delivery was great, the drivers unwrapped the chair, added the legs and took all the packaging away. I’d buy again from this seller.

An absolutely fantastic chair. Very comfortable to sit in and also easy to stand up from. The company were very helpful in keeping me informed when there was a delay as Parcel Force failed to collect from them on time and chased the carrier up to ensure it was delivered as soon as possible. I decided to buy arm protectors and the firm were helpful, courteous and quick to despatch them. Would definitely buy from them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. An excellent product at a very good price.
