Simple Genius.
I have Spinal Stenosis and suffer discomfort even while sleeping, So I got Satin sheets to help me turn more easily and sleep better. It was frustrating that the nice top sheets were useless, as they don't stay tucked in, so I hunted for a solution. This is the best way I've found! It's as close to perfect as possible for my twin mattress. Then I was invited to travel, and remembering how those nice "pillow top" hotel beds gave me restriction in turning, I ordered a queen size band and brought my top sheet, affixing it to my hotel bed. I slept very comfortably for the whole week. That band, applied with the satin sheet, was a perfect solution for my back pain. It was money well spent. durable, light weight and very simple. Clean with a damp cloth. Sizes are true to the mattresses. I store the queen size with my travel things and look forward to more wonderful trips!

Well worth it!
Good-googly-goo this thing is amazing! I've got a king sized, pillow top mattress with 2" foam mattress pad on top of it. I've tried cornner straps and the long straps that go from corner to corner "X" under the mattress with no avail. This huge rubber band is so simple but works so well! It doesn't look like much when you get it out of the package but its amazing! I would 100% recommend this to anyone having trouble with a fitted sheet.Note: My mattress is a real mattress with coil springs inside. I think this would probably work well on a large, thick FOAM mattress, full - king size but may not work well on a twin size foam mattress

Locks the fitted sheet corners well
Works great to keep corners locked in but the sides can still shift around. This seems well made and the tension of the rubber is very good. I did not find it difficult to "install" and see that it could just stay in place and still remove sheets and remake without taking the strap off.

It works, but...
I’m one of those people who likes the bottom sheet on the bed to be extremely tight and smooth, with minimal bunching underneath me while I sleep. On our old mattress, I was able to somewhat achieve that by using sheet grippers that slid over the sheet and secured it to the welting on the mattress. Our new mattress doesn't have welting, so my sheet grippers won't work. After trying several other methods to keep the sheets in place, tight and smooth, with no success, I finally decided to give the Rubber Hugger Bed Sheet Holder a try. While it may not be perfect, I can say that it does work for the most part. I think it would work better if it were a bit wider, say 3 inches, as opposed to the approximately 1 inch currently.

Works!
Great invention. This works better than corner straps for us. We have a split king adjustable bed. The fitted sheets were constantly coming off. We tried corner straps which helped but what really did it was the straps. If we raised the head of the bed and the feet it was really easy to put on and tightened when we laid the bed flat. With these the fitted sheets never come off.

So soft and stay put!
These sheets are amazing. Once you put them on, they don't move. If you have a motion bed and you've been struggling like I was withthe fitted sheets staying on the mattress, then these are for you! They are also amazingly soft and just hug you in comfort. I am on my third set!

Does not work as described
I’ve tried at least a half dozen products to try to keep my sheets on my bed, all with disappointing results. Sheet holders with clasps rip easily through sheets and are difficult to install. I thought the Rubber Hugger would be different. It is, but not by enough to be worthwhile. The Rubber Hugger is a giant rubber band, plain and simple. It looks like a rubber band, it smells like a rubber band, it IS a rubber band. Have you ever had a rubber band wrapped extra tight around something and, as the object it is around shifts, the rubber band begins to roll and twist? That’s exactly what the Rubber Hugger does on your bed. Any time your sheets would normally move, the pressure put on the band budges it a little and eventually the band gets twisted up. Once it’s twisted up, there’s no tension in the band, so you have to take it off and put it back on untwisted. The problem being that you will definitely have to do it again a couple nights later.I’m an exceptionally large, heavy person sleeping on a Queen mattress by myself and I favor one side of the mattress. Even with the Rubber Hugger on, my weight pulls the sheets under me and I wind up with the sheets ballooned out on the side of the bed under me when I wake up. The Rubber Hugger can sometimes just barely hold them on the mattress as the fabric is tugged but most of the time the Rubber Hugger will just come up with the sheets, all twisted up. This product might work better for a twin sized bed, a single, or couples of similar weight in a larger bed whose weight will balance out the tension on the fabric. Make sure you get into bed at the very same time, though!I’ve also been woken up in the night by a loud rubber band snapping sound only to find the Rubber Hugger has pulled up over the corner of the bed and is stretched out horizontally across the mattress, thankfully on the side I do not sleep on. The sound it made was loud enough to suggest that the product could have potentially injured someone if they’d been lying on that side. Likewise, I wouldn’t suggest this for a young child who might jump on the bed or someone who requires assistance such as being moved or flipped on their bed, as the band WILL come up with weight forcefully applied to the sheets and it sounds like it comes up with some pretty serious velocity. The Rubber Hugger works in theory but not on large beds, for large people, or anybody who might cause the mattress to sink unevenly. It’s a rubber band, guys. You’re better off just using a big flat sheet as your bottom sheet and getting a bigger duvet so nobody sees the wrinkles.
