Great frame for a custom size!

This frame was ideal for what I required. I was able to get the two different specific uncommon sizes I needed. One needed in black and the other in white. The backing is a white foam board. The glazing is acrylic and you remove the protective film on both sides. The backing is held in place with nailed in tabs (typical). These are cotton cloth prints from Japan. I mounted the cloth directly on the foam board with spray adhesive which provided a nice clean and smooth even surface to work with. Popped them into the frames, bent back the tabs, and screwed in the provided hanging hardware. I hung these light frames on a brad nail and hold them square with removable Velcro tabs. I was extremely satisfied with the final results.

Nice frame. Bought a large frame, think it was 37” x 32. Came fed-x in about 5 days. Looked good but had a 1 1/2” scratch near edge. I could live with it but wrote to them if I could return just the plastic. No response but 2 says later fedx was back delivering a new sheet of plastic! Thats how you do it! Will definitely buy from them again!

The frame is flimsy, but for the size I expected it, because it is a very large, but thin black frame. However, with care I got my piece of art framed and it not only looks great, it is suprisingly light weight for its size, which made hanging it much easier. Very good price, too.

My frame arrived broken but the customer service was awesome. She was fast at responding and sending me a new one the next day. I needed it to replace an ugly gold frame from a Van Gough painting. I'd highly recommend this frame and seller.

Very cheaply made frame. It barely has any structure for a frame this large and is built out of very cheap wood. The foam backer board is flimsy and the bent metal pins are not my favorite. I do t want to call it garbage since it probably worth it if it were priced around $30-40 for a college from room poster but definitely not at over $100.

Excellent frame

This frame is a decent price for a weird size, but it's clear where the savings come from. First of all, the hanging hardware is not pre-mounted, which was quite a surprise. Second, the frame is "wood" in kind of the same way that a fast food burger is "beef" - there may be some wood in there, but it's sure not the majority. (Pro tip - if you're going to dissemble about your materials, do not also then make your customer drill in to said materials to attach hardware).All that said, it's a heck of a lot cheaper than a custom frame for this weird size, and it looks ok on the wall. I just wish the item description was better.
