Great book

Brought this on the basis of having the authors Bak Mei book which I liked and was not disappointed. If you are serious about your training and looking for methods and practices to improve your art this book contains a lot of information in theory and practice, also explaining how to make various pieces of equipment. Great value as well in relation to the cost of the individual volumes. Incidentally I am not a Wing chun practitioner though study another Hakka style and much if not all of the practices in the book are transferrable.
