Excellent Product, Great costumer service.Use these radios on a construction job site thru multiple floors and long range. Definitely recommend these radios.

The sound quality is excellent. The materials are of very good quality and the battery life is very good.

I purchased these for use with my family of 5. We like to give each child one if going to a large event where the kids could get separated or when camping, even when the kids play throughout the neighborhood. I tested the range and found they can send and receive transmissions at a max distance of 2 miles, more than they claim. While at that distance communication is spotty and very limited but it is still useable. When discussing the distances claimed by the company the communication is clear and effective. I have no real complaints only suggestions. My first is that they offer some type of bag, case when purchasing more than 3. Having 5 radios, the chargers and ear pieces is a lot, a bag or case would be nice. I also think they should include a dock, even if it’s not a charging dock and just a simple plastic dock it would make charging the units much easier and more organized. I realize they do offer this option with other sets, but feel they should provide it standard with any set over 2-3 radios. Aside from those suggestions the units are well worth the money, they come with tactical ear pieces which is a huge plus for them. As a former LE officer and former Security administrator, I know the tactical ear pieces are a bit pricey as I used to do our purchasing for the company radios. The design is small, slim and the perfect size. My only design suggestion would be to move the channel selection buttons away from the PTT button. The kids are always changing channels when pushing to talk. Perhaps the opposite side of the unit. Other than that I would def recommend this product, you can’t beat it for the price and simplicity.

We bought these in April for our warehouse shipping staff.As expected, they get used quite often and 2 of them needed some replacement parts.They sent me 2 replacement Walkies instead, thank you for that.

Had to return these because they weren't compatible with their system. Other than that they worked well.

I purchased these for our volunteers that were working the 2023 Eco Harvest event at our City Park. We had 550 third graders to keep busy and moving through the 20 vendors that displayed and instructed on ecology and Keeping Copperas Cove Beautiful. The radios gave us an edge, being able to call for the needs of the operation, class movement, picking up lunches in the school buses, and keeping the coolers full of water positioned around the park. Unli8ke cell phones, everyone heard the call outs and were able to respond to help. I firsee being able to use these again at our community events.

No manual or instructions areIncluded. Apparently, user are expected to get information from the Amazon page where these are sold.The VOX feature doesn’t work.They are not programmable from a phone or computer like advertised.

We purchased these for summer camp. Easy to train staff on them and transmissions were very clear. If range is a concern, these are not for you. Great indoor radioes though
