Professional, Practical, and Built to Last
This padfolio is perfect for keeping my business documents organized and presentable. The faux leather feels high quality and looks professional in client meetings. I love the removable 3-ring binder—it makes it easy to switch between projects. There’s plenty of space for pens, cards, and a notepad, and the zipper keeps everything secure. It’s held up well with daily use in my cleaning business. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay organized while on the go.

Poor zipper function
The case itself is nice, the handle is convenient but the zipper is awful to close after opening. As someone who has to open and close my case 30+ times a day, the level of frustration trying to get it to zip up 30x a day is beyond acceptable.I rated this product a 3☆ review upon receiving my first case. I scheduled a return due to the zipper but wanted to give the manufacturer another shot due to me liking the rest of the features. I received my new case today and the zipper works great! It must have just been a bad batch, my new case is perfect, thank you!

Zipper is quirky
It’s just okaySleek design so it looks pretty well if that’s all you needActually pretty awkward to use and you have to be very aware of the zipper or you will be digging for itI would have given it a 3 1/2 if I couldWould not buy again

Literally perfect
It’s rare for me to find an item that actually covers everything I desire for it. I started with just wanting a flip back 3 ring binder. After trying the pivotal and expandable ones, I was not impressed. I figured I would have to settle on a basic Avery one until I came across this.Price - it was definitely a lot more than I intended to spend but I’m more than willing when it actually has everything I want. This is a bit pricey, but very well worth it!Quality - perfect. Very durable, lightweight but strong. 3 ring prongs work well and no strings or loose materialOverall, if this type of binder is something you’re looking for, this is a great buy! I absolutely love how the 3 ring part is detachable too

A place for everything, yet stylish!
Has enough room inside to carry two pens, small notepads, cell phone, and two large pockets that I believe are big enough for a thin laptop. Has a place for business cards, comes with a legal writing pad installed. Love this for my professional world!

Very, Very Nice Product. Buy it!
This is the one you want. Very, very nice product. Case-It makes a lot of colorful fabric-covered 3" thick 3-ring binders for children. This here is very professional and gets looks. I promise someone will call you a "business man" if you have one of these. The Case-It Pad-50 is the same with no handle. I thought the handle would be bulky or get in the way bu tit hasn't. I'm glad I have it to make carrying it easy when I have my hands full, which is pretty often. The Pad-30 is nice too, but the 3-ring binder isn't removeable on that one. Before buying the Pad-40 I had the Mead City zipper binder. You can see my review for that one. Don't get it. The Case-It line is much better. In fact, this Case-It Pad-40 is IMO better than the $70 real leather ones at Staples. If I lost it I'd buy another.PROS: The textured material on the outside is very nice. The retractable handle is made of the same material and doesn't feel like it will have any issues. Unlike the fabric on the outside of the Mead City Binder, if this vinyl-ish material gets grease or anything on it, you can wipe it right off. The interior is a fabric of decent quality. On the left, upon opening the binder with the quality zipper, you have a gusset-pocket that could hold a tablet of paper. You also have another pocket for a few more papers--important documents, perhaps, because they stick out a few inches and you'll see that they're there. The lack of a calulator is not an issue. It gives you an extra elastic pocket. I use it for my receipt book but USB flash drives or a small calculator might be what it's intended for. TWO writing utensil pockets, not one. Credit card/business card slots are nice (5). There's an ID pocket too. The 3-ring binder stays in on mine, but it's removeable. I added pocketed tabbed folders. The tabs stick out a bit too much and get caught in the zipper. I use the tabs to flip pages but don't put the little papers in them anyway, so I trimmed the tabs about 1/3" as to not interfere with the zipper. Tablet holder has a nice leather-looking flap covering the top binding of the paper pad.CONS: The outside of this has no pocket, but once you see the type of material used and the padding, you'll see why (would be handy for when you don't want to unzip it, but you can't have both...there's plenty of storage inside). No calculator but this, IMO, is a PRO, because you get more storage space; and who doesn't have a calculator on their phone?UPDATE: 1.5 years later. Thing has been sitting in a hot or cold car and still looks like it was bought yesterday. I truthfully only use the thing once a week, but it's handled from 0 to 100 degree temperatures!
