Good product, bad Amazon open box item.
Someone else bought this item, used a lot, then returned to Amazon and now I got to deeply clean it and make good use of it. Overal the item work pretty much well, I have the previous version and this is upgraded for better.

Smart pot
I was looking to buy one for long time but was reluctant as always preferred gas stove pressure cooker. But due to work it’s getting tedious so thought to give it a try. And its mind blowing, now I can leave the rice or daal (tried this so far), set the timer and its done. Dont have to stand in kitchen for long hours. Its a hit for me

Worth the money
I never used any sort of pressure cook or slow cook before and so far it has been a win addition to our kitchen, easy to use and clean

Amazon customer service deserves a zero star
There’s no option to select zero stars, but that’s what I would give if I could. I purchased this item, and it suddenly stopped working. I followed the instructions and contacted Amazon customer service to claim the two-year warranty. Unfortunately, the representative who answered was robotic, unhelpful, and quite rude. He simply told me to contact the manufacturer directly. I was confused—since I bought the item through Amazon, why isn’t Amazon taking responsibility like other retailers do? I expected them to honor the warranty and reach out to the manufacturer on my behalf. Instead, the representative repeatedly told me to call the manufacturer, in a tone that was unprofessional and unacceptable. It’s frustrating to feel like customer service is just people sitting in front of computers, saying whatever they want, with no real support offered. In the end, the customer is the one who loses.
