I'm liking this. I take many supplements but noticed adding this to my regimen, I feel less back pain by about 50 or 60 percent less. I take one am and one pm. Female 123lbs.

Not sure if doing anything
I got these because of the reviews. I have been dealing with some minor tendon inflammation and overall minor health concerns I thought that these would help with. I don’t think I noticed a difference, but still continued to take them for several months in hopes that they were doing something behind the scenes.
