Works as advertise; excellent value for money
I had an excellent experience with this product; it is good value for money and works as advertised. I bought it for one-time use so I can't comment on its durability. The problem I was trying to address was a toilet that kept clogging. Using an endo camera I had identified that the cause was a plastic object (see picture) stuck in the discharge pipe about two feet from the toilet connection and behind a bend that made access very difficult. With the help of this tool, it took me 15' to retrieve the object. It requires a few trials and the help of a metal wire to get the object to present its edge to the grabber, but once the grabber got hold of it, it was very easy to pull it back.

good tool, but LED lights and then screen failed.
It would appear that the cable running from the controller to the end which controls the LED lighting and the screen got pinched and failed. For an item as expensive as this, being unable to repair it seems less than ideal. Now I have to buy another one 6 or 7 months after purchasing this one.

Broke on first use
Too good to be true for the price. The screen quality was decent, I was excited to be able to grab hold of a loose wire in a hard to reach place. Was able to see wire and grab the tip of the wire with ease, applied just a tiny amount of pressure and the grabber part pulled out from the flexible section of the tool. I was able use the camera on this and a cheap grabber from lowes to get my wire out, but it was a pain in the butt. I don’t recommend this tool unless you’re willing to throw out your money.

A bit disappointing
all the features work great on this when it's in your hand but try and fit it where you can't see or it's too small a hole for it to enter and it's worthless. that is what happened to me. also the fingers get clumsy and week picking up a 3/8 x 1 1/2 in. bolt . the return system is great at Amazon.

Camera isn’t great
The light was the only thing that really helped. The camera is too far in to really show anything useful

exactly what I needed
The image quality is a bit meh, however it does the job quite well. I had a set of live 12v wires that pulled off an accessory plug in my RV... the plug was tucked into a over bed cabinet, no room to work.Got the wires pulled up in short order.. did a bang up job.

Decent for a first version release. May never use it.
The fingers are very strong. You could pick up quite a bit of weight with this.Downside is that the claws are in the way of the camera when they are not extended. And then when they are extended they get in the way of maneuvering the line.I can only imagine very rarely using this in the automotive industry being that the end is quite large...much bigger than a borescope. The places it fits in could probably easily be handled with just throwing a magnet around if you are digging for something ferrous. In most cases, being that this doesn't even reach that far, you'd probably be just as good with a basic borescope and then fishing some fingers down along with it.It is a great idea. I may never really use it, but if that one time does come up then it may be worth having had around. You can submerge the camera in water as long as the line is pointing in a downward direction. You dont want water to reach the main body(as per the instructions). If you like toys then buy it.If you think this might be a game changer and are strapped for cash then hold off.Ullmans bluetooth inspection camera/mirror would be much more valuable in your tool arsenal. ...and near half the price.
