eMyloDC 12V 12CH 433Mhz Universal Wireless Relay Remote Control Light Switch RF Transmitter with Receiver

I figured i would try out this product, and thought i could used it for something cool. I decided to use it for a few things in the shop at my dads. There are 12 different buttons, for the 12 channels that can be wired in. We used this remote for the different lights in the auto repair area. The different lights were wired for the different areas. Number 1 was used for the lights in the front that light up Bay 1 and number 2 was used for the lights for bay 2, number 3 was used for the lights in the main shop, and number 4, was used for the lights above the work bench,and so forth. My brother is the electronics expert so i let him do the wiring. He mounted and ran it some how near the breaker box. It was really cool to have 2 remotes to just pick up and push the buttons. This worked out great and there are many other areas left for add ons to wire in, possibly the garage doors in the future and who knows what. I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking to use remote wireless connectivity. I think this product would be cool for programing a robot to do different tasks or something like that too. It seems to be built pretty decent and my brother said it was not that hard to figure out how to hook things up. I myself would be clueless though. I received this item for a reduced price in exchange for an honest and unbiased product review. I may upload a video at a later date.

I was expecting a new item when I bought this, to my surprise it is full of dust (I could care less about that part) and missing several screws to hold the wires in place. One entire channel is empty and unusable.

I bought the 12 channel version and the relays did not all operate correctly. Not all the buttons control the relays. More than one button controlled a single relay so it was pretty much useless for what I needed. I tried to get help but never got it resolved.

I got this for my parents, who are now 75 and 78 years old. Both have a tendency to sometimes leave the lights on when going to bed. Or they have a hard time finding the light switch when they need to get up to use the restroom. I liked the fact that this has 2 remotes so they can each have one on their side of the bed. It has 12 channels but we didn't need or use all 12. My brother in law is tech savvy and handy with electrical stuff. So I had him set this up for my parents. He said that it was fairly easy to set up for them.
