I recently bought this product and I'm really impressed with its performance. The quality is top-notch, and it does exactly what it promises. I got a 3d printer from a friend for my birthday and this is exactly what I needed affordable reliable but if you want it to be fast this isn’t it also the battery life isn’t the best

I saw this item for sale used for a good price and I thought it might be useful as a travel laptop: functional, small, cheap enough that it wouldn't matter if it was broken, spilled on or left behind while traveling internationally. When the Chromebook arrived I checked that it had several years of updates available, and it did. However the Chromebook is too low quality to be any use for anything: the screen is low-res, washed out and awful. The keyboard is so bad it's impossible to type on: although none of the keys was broken, half of my keypresses (on any key) didn't register, and it felt like there was sand under the keys. The hardware is hopelessly under-powered for basic web browsing tasks like reading email: having even 2 or 3 tabs open slowed the machine to a crawl. And the laptop isn't particularly small or light. I pity any schoolchild who has to do homework on this, it's a terrible experience to use. I returned mine for a refund.

Bought this for our 6th grader to use at school. He isn't super responsible so it has been sturdy enough to be dropped a couple of times.

when i received the laptop it was still in it's plastic wrap as if it had never been used nor opened. It's brand spanking new as far as I see. One thing I did figure out, I don't know if someone who had this computer first programmed two particular keys to function the opposite way or the computer manufacturer. What I mean is I noticed the number 2 button if you press it, it will type the number two. However if you press the shift button and press the number 2 button you will get the " quotations symbol instead of the @ symbol. If you want to get the @ symbol you will have to press the shift button and press the quotation button instead. It's like the functions on the number 2 button the @ symbol and the quotations button are crossed up. Also the number 3 button if you press shift and 3 it will make £ symbol instead of # symbol. If you want to make the # symbol you will have to press the button to the right of the quotations button. Other than the functions on SOME of the buttons are switched up, NOT ALL, the computer still seems to work fine. Easy to use, light weight, it's different in which I love different, it stands out. I'm going to keep it and continue to play with it til I learn all of it's functions and go from there. I still recommend this computer to all the curious explorers out there who are currently looking into purchasing a computer soon.

Not much space and run slow with bigger programs. Easy to use and connect. If you’re looking for laptop for your child, this is good. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a high end computer.

This is best value for money the battery lasts all day and it came well packaged works well with the apps installed the screen quality is top tier it works well with the internet and its very fast and it came in a decent size I really like it and would purchase again
