Update: the company reached out to me and asked to send me the new role of filament that was on a plastic Spool. So far it has been printing a 12-hour print with no issues and holding to the quality that I normally receive from this company. Not sure if I just got a bad batch of the cardboard rolls or what but the plastic rolls are wonderful and the filament is top-notch for the price.Original: I gave 3 starts because I have had good experiences with this companies filament. However, this last time I did not! I ordered just white filament and they sent it this time with the carboard roll. I have no issues with the cardboard vs the plastic in my AMS but the filament was/is a tangled mess. It errors out every 10min because the AMS can not pull it any further due to it being tangled. I had put the anycubic rolls aside and switched them with another brand because it was so frustrating dealing with the errors. But, now I had to put the anycubic roll back into play because I ran out of the other brands and waiting to get more. It does not do much good when you kick off a print before leaving for work and 10min later receive an error that the AMS motor is overloaded and can not pull the filament any further. I then go home for lunch and fix the tangle only to receive the same error as soon as i get back to my desk at the office. Again, the filament is great so I will buy again, but not unless I am certain it is a plastic roll since i have not had any issues with them.

This time I did. Not saying it is a quality issue. But out of over a hundred ( yeas a hundred rolls) used. I finally got one the winding was a bit janky. Had some minor issues. However still printed flawlessly. So not mad at all.

The spools have breaks in the filament and the spools were twisted which causes problems in printing.Highly Recommending NOT to Buy this product

This is the best pink PLA filament out there. It prints very smooth and the color is perfect. Very happy with my purchase.
