I ordered these remotes as a replacement for my remotes that had gone bad on my electric shades on my lanai. Super easy to sync up after watching a YouTube video on this particular brand.They immediately paired, and we’re perfect.

This is a great replacement remote for my Awntech awning. I almost returned it because I couldn’t get it to work using the pairing instructions provided since it’s missing the instruction for a final button press needed for my awning. Once I watched a YouTube video on it, I got it setup in about 1 minute. It works perfectly now.

Could not get the original remote to do more than jig the awning a few inches, and in some cases the awning would extend by itself for no reason. I took a guess that perhaps the remote was malfunctioning so I ordered this new remote. Problem solved!

CALLED THE COMPANY BEFORE I MADE THE PURCHASE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD WORK WITH MY SUNSETTER AWNING AND IT DOESN'T. IT WOULDN'T EVEN CONNECT AT ALL.

We bought this remote for opening and closing our awning after the original remote stopped working. It took a few times to get it right but we are very inexperienced with technology.

Would not program with my awning. Seemed to be built well, but not what I needed or thought I ordered.

My Awning tech wanted $72 dollars for their replacement remotes. I paid $13 for these and they work great.
