I bought one of these bad boys after seeing people rave about them in BBQ groups on Facebook.I thought, hey… if other pitmasters spent $200+ on a lighter, it has to be worth it!I used it about a dozen times to light my grill and fireplace before it stopped working. Nothing, no gas flow.Reached out to support and they suggested I buy a “service kit” to swap out some parts that must be dirty. It costs about $20.I thought well, hey… maybe I got unlucky and went ahead and purchased the kit,Swapped the parts out and followed instructions. It still doesn’t work, and support wants me to keep jumping through hoops.I gave up. It’s useless.For the money, I wouldn’t buy this again. Get a knockoff you can toss when it stops working!
