Damn. This is a good light.
Durable. Feels substantial but isn't heavy. Easy to use. Emits a very bright light on the max setting. Use it to walk my dogs at abt 3AM daily. This headlamp lights up the block as we walk down the sidewalks. Thinking about getting another just for the truck.

Disappointing
I'm not sure if I got a defective cell or the light was broken somehow, but I could only get it to go into turbo 2 once. As most already know, this is basically a useless feature because it only stays on for a minute and then drops to less than 1/4 of the available light (4000lmn to under 900lmn). It was indeed, very bright and impressive, but it drops off quickly and just doesn't seem all that bright after that. I will just stick with my older lamp that has 3 simple settings and less battery fade. This one had even further problems and wouldn't cycle through anything but the first 3-4 settings regardless of how long I charged the cell. It's possible operator error was the problem, but it's a fairly straight-forward operation. It would never go into the higher modes even if I charged it overnight.I hate to jump on the bandwagon of weight complaints, but this one technically is quite heavy and bulky to be using in tight spaces (self explanatory though) I think until you try it you don't really feel the impact. Also, unless you really crank down the straps, you're not likely to do a lot of running with this thing without it on a belt or backpack strap instead of headlamp mount. In the end, I gave up on it and returned the light to the vendor.
