Over the last two years, I have purchased three of these Eyoyo monitors. I use them with my security camera system so I can have visual access to my camera outputs in the three rooms in my house where I spend most of my time.They are excellent monitors. They produce very sharp images with vibrant colors. Furthermore, these monitors have all the input and output capabilities and features of a large, pricey HDTV at a very economical price. I very much recommend them if you are looking for a small, handy, quality monitor at an inexpensive price point.I am a big believer in Eyoyo products. Not only are they high quality but, also, they have excellent customer service. I wish all vendors would be as nice. They are responsive, supportive and dependable. They have helped me immensely with the setup of my products and I really appreciate it.

The media could not be loaded. When I contacted Amazon about the monitor failing, they referred me to Eyoyo customer service. There isn’t a phone number, just email. Eyoyo rep responded within 24 hours. I had tried (w/no success) troubleshooting on my own prior to sending the email…such as plugging the monitor into a different outlet….in another room…at a different home…& purchasing another power adapter to try. Nothing worked. They asked me to try ALL of these troubleshooting tips that I had mentioned & to send them a video of my attempts. Which I did. Once they received my email w/video, they asked me to try another power source. I explained again that I had already tried this without success. Since my last response to them, I have not heard back. They won’t reply anymore…& I’m out $105 & stuck with a monitor that does not work. Amazon will not help either since I am past the return date & will only refer me back to the seller. Getting tired of the run around & lack of support from Eyoyo AND Amazon. I usually don’t post negative reviews, but $105 is a good chunk of $$…especially when you’re in a financial hardship. 🤞one of them reads this & will either replace it, or refund me the cost.****UPDATED REVIEW****👍👍👍👍A Support Team representative responded to my review & last email. She was very sincere in her apology in regards to the failed support I had previously received, & stated that Eyoyo strives for the best customer service/experience as well as standing behind their products. She offered to either refund the purchase amount or replace it. In the end, I requested the refund since I’ve already purchased a replacement. The refund was processed quickly.I appreciate the (end) customer service I had received in resolving my issue. Had this been done in the beginning, I would’ve opted for a replacement monitor since I had no qualms with its functionality, great detailed picture resolution etc. For future reference, I would encourage EYOYO to further train front lineC. S. staff to avoid dilemmas such as this. I’m giving the review 4 stars. The Monitor itself was fine & worked like a champ until it “died” just a little over a year, my issue was just the lack of customer support(in the beginning ) in coming to a resolution. I appreciate the follow up from Gloria/Customer Support Team. 👍👍👍👍👍

This is a great small monitor that has a quality image. I use it as a small monitor to watch streams while working on my other two big monitors. It is also compact enough that I can use it for travel and plug it in as a second monitor while on travel. I was a bit optimistic when purchasing it, but I can say that it is one that I was pleasantly surprised at how well it is made once I received it.

I have several smaller Eyoyo monitors, and all work fine.I needed a larger model so ordere an Eyoyo Model em12B.The monitor itself works find, BUT THE INCLUDED STAND DOES NOT FIT THE MONITOR. Specify the included stand is supposed to clip on to a u-shaped bracket on the back of the monitor. But the backet on the monitor is too small for the provided stand.Sadly, I wanted to long to return it, so my advice is assemble it right away to make sure you have all the correct sized parts to use the included stand.

This a perfect small monitor to use with CCTV system. In my home I have such a system but only want something small to view. This is ideal. The picture is clear and the color is perfect. Very easy to set up. Comes with all of the cables and a sturdy base.
