totally love this light strip as a new addition to our Philips hue household. We have had lightbulbs from Philips hue for the last few years and we were looking for a new light strip for our TV unit.As can be expected from Philips it’s a fantastic product and integrates with system easily, we have only been using it for a week or so. I like the fact that there are 3 zones of lights in the strip which all blend in together.It’s a little pricey for the length that you get, we ideally would have needed to trim a tiny part off, but because you can only trim to where they advise we would have been loosing a sizeable chunk for the price it costs. We compromised and had a small overhang with the wire at the end of the TV unit that we dont really see.All in all a fantastic product

Build quality is fantastic and the light features that come with the app are great also. Very bright light when turned to full but you have complete customisation over it

This is worth the extra, to get the Gradient version. The colour transition is much more pleasant. The strip is excellent quality, it’s easy to trim. Functionality via the app is superb. It looks a hundred times better than cheaper strips.It doesn’t stick very well though, keeps unpeeling itself. Will have to purchase third party tape for this.

I think this might be the first time I write a reveiw, but I really feel this should be highlighted on the product description. At this price point, the minimum you'd expect from a led lightstrip is to be able to cut it and reconnect it. My project was for it to go under the kitchen cabinet, and I needed to cut the strip to skip the hob, to then finish the cabinet on the other side of the hob. Nothing crazy. But after speaking to Philips (useless customer service btw, I thought the person I was speaking to was making fun of me at a point) turns out that once the strip is cut, that's it. No way to reconnect it, or reuse it. I am left with 1+ mt of extra expensive led strip, that I can do nothing with. The light itself is amazing but it looks awful when it's only covering half kitchen.

nice product - its limited as far as its flexibility is concerned because of its natural D shape profile. If this does not figure in your application, then its a well made product that delivers with its range of lighting options.

Yes, it’s pricey, but it’s worth it. I purchased two of these—one for a cabinet and one for the back of my desk. I had to cut one to fit, which was a bit intimidating, but I had no problems as long as I used the triangle markers. I rated it three stars because the 3M tape is incredibly frustrating and ineffective. It comes in small sections, making it difficult to peel in tight spaces, and it doesn’t adhere well to glass or wood. I ended up using super glue and buying some 3M tape instead.Hue support is not great, interactions over Facebook are limited. I’d go for a different brand next time.

I managed to get these lights for only £60 thanks to an Amazon voucher I had lying around, and I’m so happy I went for it!The colours are so bright, and vary between 1200 - 1800 lumen. The pictures don’t do it justice! You can replace two bedside lamps in a bedroom with the strip alone. There’s an amazing variety of colours in the app and presets to choose from.You need the Hue bridge to take advantage of the full suite of features such as being able to set a timer for the lights to turn on when you wake up, something I use every day.
