It's a simple and cute alarm clock. My son is 6 and he is very happy with his first alarm clock. The only issue is that the thermometer is not very accurate.

The box was slightly damaged upon delivery. No scuffs on item but the clock didn't work in the sense that it switched on and I could set everything but the clock didn't change time so it just sat on the same time.... Really like the item and don't want to return it if there's a way to reset it to factory settings.

The media could not be loaded. My daughter loved Miko, her first alarm clock. This was a part of her independency routine. The clock stopped working one day and we couldn’t charge it anymore. I wish I read the 1 star reviews before we bought it. I wish I could say it was a waste of money but it was more of a heartbreak for my daughter. I’d say stay away, don’t buy this for your child.

Got this as a Christmas present was wokring fine until it just ran out of battery and no longer turned on again. Tried charging but nothing, nada, zilch. No reponse from it now. Just a useless piece of junk. Didn't last very long at all and because it's past the 30 days there is no returning and the manufacturer is definitely not going to fix it so it was a complete waste of money. I wouldn't buy it again, it's a con.

purchased for my 6/yo.it does the job, more effective as a night light more than anything.alarm is very very basic, daughter didn't like any of the alarm chimes unfortunately, so that put her off instantly.battery doesn't last particularly long, and we've had times where the battery has died midway through the night, thus the alarm not going off in the morning.other than the above, it is okay.
