This item is a much better buy here than I have found at local supermarkets ranging upward of $24. This item pairs well with low carb ice cream and instant coffee for a kick. I also add peanut butter, heavy cream for thickness and coca powder. This shake also is not only filling but by adding hazelnut powder smell increases.

Repeat purchase on a monthly basis. Been drinking these for years. Love the last throw in some fruit in blender. It’s a milkshake.The price is better than anywhere else. Trust me. I’ve tried. Never can you get for less.

Actually quite delicious! Very dark chocolate flavor, and not "chalky" or watered down like some other low cal diet shakes you've probably had. I also find it really IS sort of filling. I will admit I usually drink two. But still, maybe because of its thickness, that does seem to squelch the old ravaging appetite. Low carb too so if you have to watch those, here you go. Personally I would say skip the vanilla and strawberry, unless you just really love those flavors, and get the dark chocolate which is VERY good.

I’m very happy with the Adkins meal replacement shakes. I’ve been drinking them now for 4 years as a quick mid day meal replacement. My preference is the dark chocolate royal and don’t find they leave the after taste that I find with other brands. I had weight loss surgery 4 years ago and the shakes help provide my needed protein and are part of my daily meal plan. I’m not following the Adkins diet but do recommend the shakes for low carb added daily protein. The vanilla works well as a milk/cream substitute for my morning coffee.

Love the flavor of the dark chocolate. Not too bad on the wallet till recently when price went up over 20%.

I really like this brand. I get the dark chocolate and it’s not too sweet. Also, the price, with or without the subscription is so much cheaper here on Amazon. It’s become a stable for me.

I like to use this as a coffee creamer. All the Atkins protein shakes make great coffee creamers, once I started using them like this I never could go back to any other coffee creamer. Tastes great too.

Working as a nurse doesn’t give me long to eat an actual meal while working so I drink one of these everyday as a supplement for lunch. It has less sugar than the other brands so seems to be a healthier alternative. I have it on auto-ship so I never run out.
