Worth it.
It’s the right size and easy to install. The only thing is that the hole for the key is a bit larger so the key wobbles a tiny bit but it’s acceptable for not having to struggle to press the buttons anymore

Did the job!
Very easy to transfer board and key from damaged fob. Key slot a tiny bit big but doesn’t impact on its use. Great!

No longer have remote locking :(
Looks exactly the same as my old key for my Renault Kangoo but the key doesn't fit inside the hole so required a fair amount of filing down. After all that the remote locking doesn't work which with four different doors to the van is a pain in the beehive. So in all honesty I would prefer my old key with the button missing.

Perfect to replace a damaged fob
Purchased this to replace the fob for my Renault Clio (2006). You will need the circuit board that came with the original. Here's how you do it:1. Remove the screw in your old fob and pry open the case, put the key aside for now.2. Gently pull the circuit board out, it is resting on two plastic pins.3. Pry open the case of your new fob, find the small screw that was inside a put aside for now.4. Place old or new (I used CR2032 3V) C cell battery into the circular metal mount with the markingsfacing up (plastic clips may snap as you push it in, this won't cause issues)5. Gently lower the circuit board into the other half with components facing down into the case, line upthe two plastic pins6. Slot your old key into the front of the new fob.7. Press the two halves of the fob together so they click shut.8. Place the new small screw through the key and secure with screwdriver.
